I'm using the RR version published by @karthick mostwanted and VoLTE is working for me with this RR.. Hoping that RR 5.8 supports VoLTE soon so that I can start using it..
Will be there helium version? hydrogen users are so lucky...
I wonder if voice calls and SMS work over CDMA. I couldn't make or receive calls on CM14.1 using China Telecom, other WCDMA and TD-SCDMA networks work fine though. No problems at all with RR 5.7.4.
I would love some Helium Support guys seeing as it is the superior model hehe , Brilliant work btw keep it up !
really working good on my helium very fast&smooth ,the cores are set to 1804MHz by default and cores 7,8 can be activated normally but I noticed these bugs :
1- can't access sdcard1 tried cm f explorer and root explorer.
2- no icon for data on status bar but it's working fine.
3- google camera captures the video but the video is not saved photo is saved.
Hydrogen users please post some logcat zips for these bugs or others I miss.

I've been testing it on helium, after removing first line in update script
Clean install (factory reset + wipe internal storage)
The big issue I had was no data connection.
I've installed @nijel8 RR data fix. When it booted, data still dont working. I go to sim settings, click on "carrier settings" and get a FC on com.android.phone. After it, i see how sim get automatic disable, and enable again, and suddenly data works fine xD
If i reboot the phone, i dont have data on boot and i have to go again to sim settings, and click on carrier settings to get the FC. Data comes again. Any idea to make this workaround permanent on boot?
Auto-rotate works fine
I've installed too @ajsmsg78 RR video fix, and video recording works great again.
I had also enabled all cores with kernel auditor

The ROM is smooth.. How to get root access?? I flashed SuperSU 2.78 and lost sim card .. So flashed 2.76,2.77 separately ..then also sim card is not working .. What can I do??

To those with sim issues, I have no idea what to do. It works fine on my XT1541, so it is probably broken for dual sim variants, this is an AOSP based ROM. If you know of a solution, please tell me.
In addition, read the op for root. I flashed SuperSU 2.76, works fine.

Ah, I think the issue is supersu just not playing nice with dual sim variants.
How about battery life? Better than CM14?
It Works on Xt1543 (dual sim), please bring the function that permit unlock the phone with 2 taps on ( I don't know how you call this in english, display environment?)

Hi.

3- Viper4android FX not install.
4- Cpu tuner does not change in L speed application. When I try to change it, the system stays stuck and does not improve until reset.

Day 1 Impression
- Idle battery consumption is great (pic).
- Didn't encounter any major bugs. All features i need daily is working smoothly.
- Didn't encounter any lags even after restoring 98 apps from my backup.
- The customization from RR is great as always.
- But i can't find LiveDisplay on QS Tiles and can't find disable show mistake pattern lock which is sad for me.
Minor bugs i found (no need a logcat, right?)
- Some app dialogues misaligned.(pic)
- There's two Wake Up On Plug option in display settings.(pic)

- Someone please check the mobile network wireless tethering, i'm only using wifi, don't have mobile data. The tethering on flex1911's LineageOS is likely not working. Please check on this rom.

Also there's a feature named "parallel apps" you can use WhatsApp, Twitter, instagram as dual apps. That's a good feature.
Looking pretty nice. Anyone know if there is a way to get notification icons for apps playing audio, plus music controls on lock screen?
Edit: Nvm, notification priority was set too low. I just had to change it to "all" for any app behaving this way. Everything is looking pretty sweet now!

No I don't have that issue and nor viper tell me to install driver after flashing zip it's already installed. You just have to set selinx to permissive to make it work. I use permissive script for megisk module and it's working fine. You can use app also but after every boot you have to do it again manually.

Been using for a day and battery life seems slightly worse than FreedomOS. Also can't get visual voicemail working for some reason (T-Mobile; works on Freedom). Other than that, everything else is looking extremely nice.

No you won't . But marshmallow bootloader is required which comes with ota zip .

I just installed this at 10 am this morning.
How I could give you correct/conscientious SOT information in such a short time?
Very nice Room finally we have a rom with Gapps inclusive:good: thanks for your job.. functioned good only I found some bugs .1 . Fronts cannot change missing menu.for change fonts 2. Recent mod missing like Ram and clear button 3. Gesture for screenshot missing.

Is there one ROM which is the clear leader for MI MAX on Android Pie.

very stable, and customizable rom.. everything working perfect... only bug for now is clock, when move clock to the right or center, after some time showing two clocks in status bar, one on left side and second on right side or center.
Google autofill doesn't work..
