Note:
This CWM update package completely wipes your data, so back it up before flashing.
To flash this CWM package, make sure your phone has CWM Recovery.
While this ROM comes with Samsungs official kernel, you won't have CWM Recovery anymore after flashing it!
To get it back, you have to flash the CWM + Root-Kernel from the kernel package via Odin.

Flashing instructions:
1. Download attachment 'N7000ZSKK1_ROM.bin', rename it to 'N7000ZSKK1_ROM.exe' and extract it using '7zip'.
2. Copy the extracted file ('N7000ZSKK1_wipe.zip') to the phone built-in SD card root directory.
3. Turn off the phone and hold the volume + HOME + POWER button on the phone to enter CWM Recovery mode.
4. Select 'install zip from sdcard' and confirm.
5. Select 'choose zip from internal sdcard' and confirm.
6. Find 'N7000ZSKK1_wipe.zip' and confirm.
7. Select yes to confirm flashing 'N7000ZSKK1_wipe.zip'. This step may take longer, please be patient.
8. When flashing is finished, press the return key to return to the main menu.
9. Select 'reboot system now' to restart your device.

Just logged onto a remote server and observed the same behavior...

Possibly the site assesses the incoming IP address and reacts accordingly from a region specific perspective...

Sorry, I'm a bit clueless.
The downloads are .exe and the instructions say to download the .zip.
Do I rename the .exes to .zip? Or do I just drop them on as is?

The .exe files are compressed, you have to extract them using '7zip'.
If you extract the file 'N7000ZSKK1_ROM.exe' for example, you'll get the file 'N7000ZSKK1_wipe.zip', which you can flash via CWM Recovery then, just as described in the OP.
I'll edit that in OP to clear things up.
Would the counter be added, if I flash this KK1 Rom ? Would the yellow triangle shows up ?

Flashing this via CWM Recovery will not add to your counter. Just follow the OP steps.

Thx, coz I read someone mentioned DON't use Odin to flash that the counter will increase. Jig not works for Note. And currently, found no solution to reset the counter.
And just wanna make sure, Flashing the CWM + Root-Kernel from the kernel package via Odin that won't increase the counter, right ?

STEP 2: Downloading
to use Oxygen OS, we will need to use project treble, if you dont know what that means, thats no problem, its not important to

You will need this to use project treble, which we need for Oxygen OS

Make Sure to extract this first!
after that we get to installing
Step 3: Installing Everything
Install the lineage OS build like any rom. just make sure to not install Gapps. and turn off automatic reboot
so again DONT REBOOT TO LINEAGE
AND DONT WIPE /SYSTEM OR ELSE
navigate to the folder, in which you extracted the previously mentioned Oxygen OS build
(this should be a .img file)
you will probably not see the file. thats normal. press "install IMG file" in the bottom right corner first, you will then see the .img file
(unless you didnt extract it first)
press on it and select system, now just swipe to install the image file
Wait...............and BOOM
just reboot and you should see the oxygen OS boot animation,
first boot will take a while. and the screen WONT turn a bit darker like it usually does. please just wait.
after booting, unlock the device. and search for the apk you downloaded, install the apk and DONT exit the installer.
If googles services are updated, you can now enjoy your device with Oxygen OS Pie!

ISSUES
The only ones i know of are a little Buggy Launcher and "reading mode" aka monochrome aka no colour mode isn't working
DARK MODE
No one would notice when I put this into the issues section.
So here it is
Dark mode doesn't get activated within apps due to a setting not being"linked" with the themes setting.
To activate dark mode:
Turn on developer settings and go into the developer settings menu
In the developer settings, s search for "night mode" and set it to always on.
Done! Apps will n now adapt to dark mode

Install Oxygen OS using The guide first. If you did that follow these steps:
Method 1: Using the flashable zip file

Download and flash trough twrp (press and hold volume down + power button until you get to bootloader menu)
If that doesn't work
Method 2: Manual Install
For this, download the .zip file and extract it.
Then put the "Vold" file into
System/bin
And then Chmod 777 (everyone can access the file) using root or twrp.
If using method 2 doesn't work, and you can't use file managers anymore, YOU DIDNT CHMOD 777 THE VOLD FILE!

No, we arent talking jailbreaking we are talking nice little things you can do
for example,
Setting the dpi 1 dp higher than default (from 420 to 421) gives you an extra Row in the quick settings panel
J-oneplus tools might also be useful to you
and no, quickswitch (for getting other launchers to work with the recent apps panel) doesnt work
there are still a lot of things to do though!
