Need stock firmware to what version? What have done to the phone? We need some more info if u want help.

Still u have not told what version it is, i know the phone is VIE-L09 but what Cust was it, u cant just flash any random firmware. U have a lot of different version.
Like
L09C433
L09C636
L09C185....
Need to know what Cust it have so we can share the right firmware. And still u have not told us what u done to the phone, did u unlock bootloader, root???

i can help you only you go to stock recovery and not twrp and wip all now your phone is boot up.
you can unlock the bootloader then your phone will reset。

Switching from c900 to c432 i had same problem
Install b160 and after upgrade to b170 or newer
I suggest a full wipe
Edit: i don't remember when i reverted back to 160 if i used DT folder

I don't think there is a way... You might be able to root easily using KingRoot (as it uses security vulnerabilities to unlock bootloader and root the phone) but it is one of those apps which eventually causes more harm than good.
May be someone more knowledgeable than me knows a way but I never came across a method for unlocking bootloader without a PC.

If you want to unlock your bootloader, you'll have to go to the huawei website.
Plus to unlock the bootloader you need a PC
I tried king root but it is helpless and it can't root my device because bootloader is locked.
Is there a way that I can install resurrection os or cyanogen os without unlocking bootloader

What is your CUST and Dxx number... You can find it in settings > about phone...
Or may be in the documentation which came along with your phone.
If these are not possible, I need to know the region where the phone was bought as Huawei firmwares are localized so need this info.

Nope, that is not how it works. Sorry for the misunderstanding.
First you have to unlock bootloader (if you don't have stock recovery OR should have a stock recovery if you don't want to unlock the bootloader), then and only then you can install the firmware.
Otherwise, no Change be done.

a friend of mine bought a P9+ with C02. She realized that the second Sim isn't recognized and I guess it's deactivated by the firmware. So I'm planning to switch to C432.
Can anyone confirm that this problem should be solved then?
Also is there another way than a complete wipe and install using twrp or similar? I haven't installed a custom ROM on a Huawei device yet. I just did it with Samsung and Sony devices.

I think only Chinese ROMs support dual SIM, so I don't think C423 will gain you anything other than debranding. (Make sure you research properly as this is not just a matter of flashing over the ROM you have currently)
