You can now download the app from the play store, you will have to delete the app if you downloaded it from xda.

This app doesn't have the magic sphere, but it get a fast item to ask for an opinion to the other users, creating own surveys with just few clicks. The possibility of adding pictures, gives fast and immediate the ability to choose something that you can see (and one image talks more than 1000 words).
This application is integrated with Facebook, so it is possible to share the results of the polls to continue the talk over the social network.

Guys I want to join Google play developers but I live in a country where I cannot use GOOGLE WALLET MERCHANT ACCOUNT, which is necessesary for developer registration. So what do I do??

You probably can still get a Play Store developer account and distribute apps which are free and don't contain in-app purchases. And you are probably able to use someone else's card to use Merchant account(make sure this 'someone' is from supported country and you can trust him). Another thing you can try is Payoneer

I have the Isis news app apk. It's an insider app to spread news to other Isis members. If I upload this can we disect it and get the server address to enable a ddos? I'm not good at the workarounds of apk files.
