Charging and CPU

I noticed that when charging the phone the cpu works at 200mhz all the time during the charging. See the attachment.
I guess that's normal or not?
Edit:the phone was on the charger during the night.

Cell standby drain fix?

I'm facing extreme battery drain! Cell standby seems to be the culprit. Anyone with a fix which involves no root?

Same problem.

Battery Stat issues

I'm running the newest RR ROM and I can't quite figure out what's going on with my battery stats. It only shows Bluetooth. Is there a fix? If I run GSam it shows the normal usages of all my apps, bit the factory one will not.

Media app usage

Just unplugged my device and this app is sucking my battery. Only thing I did was install FB messenger. Wow.
Looks like to was Google photos young tits up after applying latest Substratum theme . First time I've ever felt the Note 8 get warm in temp.

ADGuard using 40-50% of battery.
I am using the leatest ADGuard Nightly and it was the same before on previous version.
The same version on Huawei nova 5t using ony 1-2%.
