Hello, I'm going to be getting a Mi Mix soon and i was wondering if I'll be able to use nova launcher with it? Or will i need to flash the global rom in order to do so? And is there any way to get stock android on the Mix? Thanks in advance
Nova doesn't require a special rom. Install it and you're done.

I think every new Mi Mix owner should initially experience their Mix before rooting.
I had mine a week before I decided to root.
I downloaded from the Mi store and installed the store, framework, calendar, etc that let's you use the G Apps. After a few days you'll decide if you find the Mi ads, and permission requests merit flashing TWRP, Rooting and installing another ROM. I'm currently on the EU Rom and the Mix is amazing once appropraitely rooted and optimized

I am on China Dev rom, how is the EU rom different, besides no Mi apps and default Google apps? Seems a big task to root and go EU so not really sure. And I guess, when Nougat arrives, it would first come to this China Dev rom.
Hi, I just installed eu 11.0.5.0 stable, and I always got camera app crashing following with other apps like security and play store.
I just want to make sure, is that issue related to miui version that i used before? I mean, maybe i need to install a specific miui version first before installing Xiaomi eu to make it run flawlessly.
Or maybe if anyone knows the best way to install Xiaomi eu, please share.
I use Mi 9T Pro Global

Had you wiped clean before installing eu from stock miui?
Wide everything, and than flash.
After flashing - wipe internal storage and reboot.

Is there any way to change the default launcher in the CN Roms right now?
I'd love to switch to the CN roms but I don't wanna sacrifice custom launchers with their customization features etc.
If there are NO ways to do so, please tell me how are you daily driving CN Roms with the Stock Launcher.

Hello, I would like to update system launcher manually with the new xiaomi eu launcher from beta 22.5.11. I am using stable version now but wanted to update it to the newer version. Tried to extract it from beta fastboot rom, but got an apk file without manifest.xml so it cannot be installed. Anyone using beta and could upload the new launcher? Dont want to lose special features that arent on stock beta launcher. Thanks!
