This is watch face that I made with GWD
Tesla Coil is watch face made in honor of 160 anniversary
from the birth of one of the greatest inventor who ever lived, Nikola Tesla.
Without his inventions the world as we know it today would not exist.
Tesla coil is an invention that Tesla used to wirelessly transmit energy more
than 100 years ago, and besides, it can produce man made lightning.
This invention has found application only now in the wireless transmission of energy for charging batteries
over short distances. Gear S2 and Gear S3 have inside them small Tesla coils.
Features of watch face:
- Animated lightning indicate hours.
(numbers are represented as neon tubes that turn on and flash just as thay would be lighted up wirelessly near real Tesla coil)
- Minutes are represented by a voltmeter that measures the voltage in millions of volts (which a large Tesla coil can easily produce)
- Seconds are represented by a ammeter that measures the amount of current in Amperes
- Battery power is represented by the power of electricity.
- Watch face also have date in format Month/Day/Year
Gear S2 has Always-On mod in the form of a functional analogue clock.
Gear S3 has a Always-On mod similar to standard mode which is modified to save battery power.
Also battery power is replaced with a digital display of minutes.

You probably read this somewhere, but this is pretty interesting.
Engineers at Northwestern University have technically accomplished their new lithium-ion battery technology. By poking millions of tiny holes in it, the battery can hold a charge ten times longer and can recharge ten times faster. In the future, these super batteries could dramatically reduce how often we have to recharge our mobile devices. The engineers predict the batteries could potentially get into the consumer market within five years.
Dr. Harold Kung of Northwestern University said they are able to make all of this possible because they discovered how to squeeze more ions into the battery and increase their movement speed. With the new technology, a typical mobile phone would charge to 100 percent in only 15 minutes, yet last for an entire week on that single charge.
Kung doesn’t see long-term use as an issue either, stating “Even after 150 charges, which would be one year or more of operation, the battery is still five times more effective than lithium-ion batteries on the market today.” He and his team are continuing to work on the incomplete battery technology to make further improvements. Meanwhile, let’s start that five-year countdown.

sounds good, interesting article. I hope it's gonna be out for market soon......
Looks like there is another option out in the market for adding battery to the Note 2. I currently have the Anker 6400mAH extended Battery. However this does pose a good alternative since it adds less in theback and just a tad bit more in the bottom.

Has anybody purchased or tried out? I'm curious to hear what people think. I may get it as a test dummy and report back.
Don't have experience with such case batteries, but I have spoken to someone who has. This particular type you mentioned above is very common on Amazon/ebay in 3200/3600/4000 flavors. It makes phone longer because of the bulk at the bottom and you can't access S-pen anymore - a big negative. There is an alternative someone got from ebay - 3200 mAh version: http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=350655154588&ssPageName=ADME:X:RTQ:US:1123
It doesn't make the case longer and keeps the bottom open to access s-pen. The down side of this particular case and other battery flip cases is an average of 500mA Input which makes them charge up very slowly, and the same 500mA-700mA Output which charges the phone slowly as well. Also keep in mind output mAh is rated for 5V output while our battery is 3.7V which means down conversion eats into efficiency of the output thus output capacity will be lower.
Hmmmm didn't consider s pen access. Good point. That other option is interesting. I wonder how it affects NFC.

Hi
i guess i've got a major problem.
while normally using my galaxy tab s2 9.7 t815 it start becaming really hot in the center-right part and battery charge fallen down very quickly. While this was happening I turned it off (i mean shut down/power off, not the only black screen) to let it cool down. Even when off it was always very hot and when i turned it on half hour later battery was something around 20-30% lower. Since it was not charging either, I downloaded Gsam battery monitor just to discover that the ongoing drainage cannot be stopped by the charge: without the charger connected, gsam said a little more than -2000ma, with the charger around -1800 (figures where not stable).
So battery goes from 90% to 0% in less than 2 hours i guess. Now i'm not able to turn it on because it doesn't charge (it always stays at 0%) and it turn off immediately.
Today i've opened it and the component that gets hot is the one between battery and sim/sd location (hope the image added below works). Checked and unpluggled/replugged every connector nothing changed.
Tablet is rooted. I've never used it hard: i use it mostly to surf the web, email, few minor apps, no games at all.
Thanks for your help

Never heard of "baseus". Gearbest usually deals with imported products, which is probably why I haven't heard of it.
I use a better known brand for my wireless charging base. Mophie.

So i just changed my ROM from android Pie to android 10+, the ROM is Pixel Experience
I have this issue where my phone charge so slow if i use then phone while charging, but it seems that it charge normally if i don't use the phone (it was different when i was still on Pie). From what i see that the maximum curr when i use the phone while charging is only 480mA (i cheked it with ampere and it stays on 480mA for a long time). I don't think 480mA is considered as "charging rapidly" but it says charging rapidly on my lockscreen. Is there any way to fix this? or to remove the limitation of 480mA? is it a bug or a new feature on android 10 which helps our battery life?

And another thing is the battery indicator on one of my game (toram online) shows that the battery still on 50%, yet on my status bar it says under 20%
had this bug after using havoc os 3.9 for a few months it persisted even after changing roms and installing vasrious versions of stock roms, after getting frustrated and feeling defeated i went to xiaomi service centres, they changed the charging sub-board and it dint help, after a motherboard replacement it started working fine again but it came back again and i just gave up on this phone , let me know if you find the solution
REDUCE BATTERY TEMPERATURE BELOW 38 % AND IT SHOULD BE 1000.
REDUCE IT BELOW 34 AND YOU CAN SEE 1500+.
For Me its showing 100-120 and charging slowly although charger is charging above 1500 for other devices at home (mia1)
