Android is 7.1.1 Blue fluctuation occurs when camera is turned on. Is there a fix or upgrade for the camera? 6.0 and 7.0 no problems.

I am experiencing a display issue with KatKiss 6.0.1
Display looks always overexposed.
I can only adjust brightness but contrast and color saturation are very low.
Am I the only one facing this issue?

I just bought new honor 9 lite and i figured out recording screen has line random parasites as recorded video for both rear and selfie cameras and i tested different camera apps and the issue was not solved. I didn't update android and it's still base version of android 8.
Is it hardware or software issue??
