Huawei Ascend W1-U00 - Win 8.1 update not showing in update

I managed to get my Windows Phone 8.0 to GDR3 through a russian rom and I have a dev account that's signed in on the phone, but for some reason the 8.1 update isn't coming through. After installing GDR3, I have no updates.
Is anyone experiencing a similar issue?

I'm coming from owning Samsungs in the past and I've loaded new ROM on them a few times, etc.
I've downloaded EMUI 3.0 from the official Huawei site.
How do I get it installed on my phone?

i am using honor 5c with Android 6. now i want to upgrade phone to android N. Unfortunately huwaei removed all links from server.. kindly help

I am too in need of nougat for honor 5c

i need it too because i unlocked my bootloader and i want offline files so that i can recover the device if i lose the stock os i can make a twrp backup of the OS but im not gona trust that that much
