1st time I tried to reboot to recovery it didn't work for me either but after a battery pull the reboot to Recovery worked just fine

You Sir are amazing! I've been searching for a new rom!!!! I'll try it out now and see what's broken or not

Update: #1 Upon first boot, it'll takes between 2 to 4 minutes maybe 5. But it does boot, set up wizard works perfectly.
It's stable, smooth and fluid. All of my settings and apps worked. I only have one gripe and that's just a Nougat thing. The DPI scaling, I hate (with a passion) the new one, old one was more precise imo. I preferred it over Nougats way. But enough ranting.
The rom works perfectly and is stable. I'll report back if any issues arise good job on the rom btw!

I have the same issue, which also seems to happen with most of the custom LP and MM ROMs I've used. I live in an area with only mediocre signal strength, which I think is a big part of the problem. I noticed that if I boot up while the phone is sitting in a certain spot where I get pretty solid signal, data works. Of course, it goes away again if I toggle airplane mode or reboot without my phone in that certain spot. Unlike the other ROMs that give me problems, with this one, when my data connection goes away, the cellular signal itself pretty much disappears. Kinda weird.

Try the MVNOSlayer zip. It worked for me when I couldn't get data on MM.

I made a screencast of the connection issue: here
It's not an APN issue, as it is connected in between those bursts. I was able to receive a text message during the few seconds it is connected.
The same thing happens on JDC's 7.x roms.

That's exactly what it does on my phone, also. The constant cycling of the cellular signal has been unique to this ROM so far, but I have the loss of data on several different LP and MM ROMs. I've created my own thread in the Q&A forum, but no one seems to know what the deal is. I've tried both of the Universal Boost APN fixes, as well as MVNO Slayer - none of them help at all.
Edit: I don't think APN settings would come into play with sending/receiving SMS. It's my understanding that they only apply to internet access. As long as you have signal bars, you should be able to text.

When I flash this ROM my cellular connection goes in and out, mostly out. It's totally unstable and unusable at the moment. My carrier is Sprint and my device is a L720T.

I'm having the same issue ad Beezer80. I suspecting that its a baseband/radio/modem issue as the Wi-Fi connection is also finicky. Is there a fix to updating the modem file as with past Android updates?

*Boot into recovery.
*Perform a FULL factory wipe and wipe/system and dalvik cache as a precaution

If you have a major bug to report that has not been reported already, and is not a known issue with CM,
please take the following steps to report it to us. It will save you time, as well as us.
-Download the Catlog app from the Play Store.
There is also a donate version which you can purchase to show appreciation.
-After downloading the Catlog app, go to the app settings, and change the log level to Debug.
-Clear all previous logs and take the exact steps to produce the error you are receiving.
-As soon as you receive the error (probably a force close), go straight into Catlog and stop the log recording.
-Copy and paste the entire log either to Hastebin or Pastebin
-Save the log, and copy and paste the link into the forum with a brief description of the error.
-You can also open trouble tickets on our website for bugs.

rom doesn't boot for me, wipe data,cache and dalvik,reboot and after galaxy s3 black screen

reporting - Doent work with custom kernel (boeffla ) - phone just turns black
witht the second method with cm11 -> cm12 -> blisspop : phone enters bootloop with samsung s3 logo appearing again and again.

Please familiarize yourself with flashing and custom rom use before attempting to flash the rom.
Please make sure you download the correct version of BlissPop for your specific device. The links are labeled clearly.
-Make sure you are rooted.
-Make sure you have a custom recovery installed. (TWRP, CWM, Philz CWM)
-Download the latest Bliss Rom & the latest GApps package.
-Boot into recovery.
-Perform a FULL factory wipe and wipe/system and dalvik cache as a precaution
-Flash Bliss Rom
-Flash GAPPs package
-Reboot
-First boot may take up to 10 minutes
As you all know, Lollipop is new and there are going to be bugs.
Please bear with us while we work on getting things updated, and all errors fixed.
If you have a major bug to report that has not been reported already, and is not a known issue with CM,
please take the following steps to report it to us. It will save you time, as well as us.
-Bluetooth Streaming / Transfer issues on some devices.
-Camera locks up at times, and will cause a reboot.
-Download the Catlog app from the Play Store.
There is also a donate version which you can purchase to show appreciation.
-After downloading the Catlog app, go to the app settings, and change the log level to Debug.
-Clear all previous logs and take the exact steps to produce the error you are receiving.
-As soon as you receive the error (probably a force close), go straight into Catlog and stop the log recording.
-Copy and paste the entire log either to Hastebin or Pastebin
-Save the log, and copy and paste the link into the forum with a brief description of the error.
-You can also open trouble tickets on our website for bugs.

Seems pretty good so far. Ambient display doesn't seem to be working and haven't tried Bluetooth yet. But overall, I like it.
Edit: Just had RR searching on play store.

Oh WOW, first xposed and now BlissPop, I feel like I'm in android heaven!
I ran BlissPop on OPO, and I wished it would come to moto x - I am very grateful for this.

Seems that something is off with the upload, you mentioned new build as nightly, this lead me to look in the official download location "http://downloads.blissroms.com/BlissPop/Nightlies/" but the folder for victara seems to be not properly formatted for display, or maybe it's a zip, it seems to have no extension.

Indeed, downloading the item and adding a .zip extension makes it work, upon opening the now "zip" there seems to be a layout one would expect to see inside a zipped ROM package.

I did a dirty flash and Active Display still does not seem to work.
I also noticed that the CM12 wave hand over top right phone sensor does not wake the device up, would it be possible to implement that?

Pretty good ROM using it as muy daily driver and no problems. Just no ambient display. Super smooth and fast.

I ran into problems. Flashed this over version 5.4.2 of this ROM along with reflashing gapps 5.1 then wiped Dalvik & Cache and rebooted. At first the phone did not recognize my sim card but after about a minute of being at the lock screen it finally recognized my card. Unfortunately after getting past the lock screen and to the main screen of the launcher the phone would reboot on its own. I tried 3 different times to get it past that point with the same results so am having to restore back to 5.4.2 from my nandroid backup.

do a fresh install wipe data,system,dalvikcache ,cache ..install my rom then flash gapps and ypu are good to go

I did as you suggested and that did solve the rebooting on its own issue but the ROM is still taking its sweet time recognizing that a SIM card is inserted. The ROM actually connects to T-Mobile and shows the signal strength of the connection but still tells me that a SIM card needs to be inserted. It finally recognizes that a SIM card is already inserted after roughly a minute to a minute and a half after first displaying the lock screen.

which means Fix cpu warming? I wanted my device not warm up much. I am using a kernel yield already tried everything for it not warm like to help.

Very nice rom, got 2 of my favourite ingredients, battery bar and a properly configurable nav bar. Only thing is there's no entry for the Nexus 4 on the downloads list, I take it it's not "officially" supported? Is it supposed to have OTA too?
Slight bug: If you use the clear all button in recents and have it in the middle, it's slightly off to the left.

rogersb will include it in the next few days. I am not sure about ota, I will ask him.

Does this rom have LTE support baked in like Chroma?

first impression....AMAZING! wow, just what i was searching for since forever, PA Pie and navigation bar REAL customizations are my best features, althou both lack important option for me, i hope that king @rodman01 can add them as soon as possible:
for PA Pie, I want to be able to disable the "disable PA Pie" target,
and for navigation bar, I want to be able to add "screen off" target

I think we should report bugs in the google+ page, rodman just ported this rom (as he said)

Is this a CAF kernel, being based on CM? I don't see this mentioned on the thread. It should be right up front for future reference.

PS: pa_gapps_modular-micro isn't working for me anymore, I am using gapps linked in OP now.

I have some problem in the last release....
FC of some app like google play film and other ... Idelete and reinstall but nothing ....always fc... !?
I update like the guide .....

Yes I used the PA Gapps fo 04/18/2015
But in the previous release i don't have any trouble....
I'm very confused....because the app that have FC are app like GOOGLE OPINION REWARDS And Play Giournal ...these app are't installed like sistem app
and are not incluse in the gapps package that i installed....
So there's a solution to change gapps package without a clean flash....?

Please familiarize yourself with flashing and custom rom use before attempting to flash the rom.
Please make sure you download the correct version of BlissPop for your specific device. The links are labeled clearly.
*Make sure you are rooted.
*Make sure you have a custom recovery installed. (TWRP is the preferred recovery)
*Download the latest Bliss Rom & the latest GApps package.
*Boot into recovery.
*Perform a FULL factory wipe and wipe/system and dalvik cache as a precaution
*Flash Bliss Rom
*Flash Google Apps package (for 5.1!)
*First boot may take up to 10 minutes
If you have a major bug to report that has not been reported already, and is not a known issue with CM,
please take the following steps to report it to us. It will save you time, as well as us.
-Download the Catlog app from the Play Store.
There is also a donate version which you can purchase to show appreciation.
-After downloading the Catlog app, go to the app settings, and change the log level to Debug.
-Clear all previous logs and take the exact steps to produce the error you are receiving.
-As soon as you receive the error (probably a force close), go straight into Catlog and stop the log recording.
-Copy and paste the entire log either to Hastebin or Pastebin
-Save the log, and copy and paste the link into the forum with a brief description of the error.
-You can also open trouble tickets on our website for bugs.

Downloading, i will test and tell you my opinion because i used to love BlissPop with my old Moto G

Many thanks on building and sharing this rom for our awesome device, we're just swimming in the best roms out there now! :thumbup: Just finished setting it up and I love the customizations that it has!
(That awkward moment when the Zenfone 2 has much more custom roms than most of the mainstream devices released this year) ???

Because the build OP shared was compiled by him, not somebody from the blisspop team

Battery......Deep sleep
battery draining too fast.....for me deep sleep is not working....

ROM in thread works. Bug #1 Camera app - Camera and front camera work pretty well. I tried everything to try to get it to do the 'cannot connect to camera error' but it wouldn't. However, attempting to click on record a video crashes camera app immediately
