This is for those who tried to flash Tizen via Odin when you had Null rom installed like me.
If this sounds like you too, then follow this guide and you should be ok.
Very important to remember.
You had to have been Running Null ROM when you attempted to install Tizen through odin.
If not I am not sure how to fix the issue or if this guide will work for you or not.

- Tizen Update (Step 3 MD5)
Original Link:
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2767465
--------------------------------------------------------
Intructions (FOLLOW THEM!!!)
This is for those who have/had Null ROM and soft bricked their
galaxy gear one V700
It may work for any other kinds of issues but I only tested this
on my device.
I installed Null and tried to update to Tizen using Odin and the
update tar/md5. I ended up with a pain in the [email protected]#%[email protected]#^ soft brick.
Here we go!
(!!!)
Step 1 - Open odin from odin folder
Step 2 - Uncheck "Auto Reboot" from odin and select the pit button. Go into step one and select the pit 1 file.
Step 3 - Select the AP button and go into step 1 and open the
step 1 tar file.
Now your Device should be stuck on download mode if you are
having the same issues as I did.
If you are not in download mode then you will not be able to
follow this guide. If your device is just rebooting or something
other than stuck on download mode, then I would look somewhere
else for help. Sorry :/
Step 4 - Make sure you plug your device using the cradle, then
hit start.
Once it finishes, let it completely power on. it will look weird
and you may or may not think its back up and working and try
to stop reading my help guide here. DONT DO IT!!! JUST KEEP READING AND BE PATIENT!!!
Now AGAIN this guide was for those who had Null and tried flashing
Tizen via odin to update and failed like me.
I say this again because if you didnt have Null I am not sure you will be able to get ADB Debugging to work. If you do please post
it so we know you twig.
Step 5 - Open the Oopsiiieess Folder and open the file called
"CommandPrompt.bat"
That should open up command prompt. If not open command prompt
and the type "cd" without quotes, then hit the spacebar then go the where the folder "Null ROM To Tizen..." is and open that up. Then drag and drop the "Oopsiiieess" folder into command prompt and hit enter.
You can test that you did this right by typing:
adb devices
as long as you did this right you should now see your gear serial
and at the end of that it should say recovery.
As long as it does continue. If not Then you don't have access to
adb and you have done all of the following for nothing...Sorry good luck to you my friend!
Ouch mean!
Or check to make sure your device is properly connected.
Now
Step 6 - :
Type
adb reboot download
Step 7 - (as long as it rebooted to download)
hit the reset button in the button of the Odin app.
Then select the pit from part 2, then select AP and select the tar
from part 2.
Step 8 - Hit start on odin
When thats finished go ahead and let it reboot and do the same thing as step 6 again. Not step 7.
Once in download mode again....
Step 9 - Hit reset again in odin
- Hit the AP button, select the file from Step 3.
Hit start and wait for it to finish. This may take a way so go
use the bathroom, let the dogs out, or just sit there and wait...
I did, sit there and wait...My dogs did not like that...
um thats it. You should now have a working Tizen Gear One...
-The END!!!

This problem generally arise when you're using JOdin3 (for Mac) and in very rare case for Odin (for Windows).
Soo.. Sit down and DO NOT PANIC because I have came up with a Solution which will work 99%.
Method 1 (ONLY FOR Mac Users)
1) Download Windows 7 or Up .iso file
2) Open BootCamp and install Windows (give min. 40gb Storage)
3) Setup Windows.
4) Download and Install these Two Files
i) Odin - https://odindownload.com/
ii) Samsung Drivers - https://samsungusbdrivers.me/samsung-usb-drivers-for-odin/
5) Open Odin (Run as Administrator)
And you're good to Go....
This method is really Useful and Quick.
Method 2 (Not Recommended)
1) Download your Device Official Firmware (Should match you mobile's CSC)
2) Once Downloaded, select CSC.tar.md5 and rename it to CSC.zip and Extract it.
3) Once Extracted, you will find .pit file.
4) Open Odin/JOdin and Locate to the .pit File

Thanks to @ieatgravity for the thread on N10. Similar to that, Metro/Tmobile N100 can be converted to global version as well. You do not need bootloader unlocked/OEM Unlock/fastboot or anything for this
Step 1:
Download Global and metro ROM this thread (thanks to @Some_Random_Username)
Global
MetroPCS
Tmobile
All the above downloads will include the latest MSM Download Tool
Step 2:
download and extract oppo decrypt master
Step 3:
Unpack both the Global and Metro ROMs from Step 1 into their own folders within the Step 2 folder
Step 4:
Install adb if you do not have it already
Step 5:
Install python3 and prereqs (See Requirements txt doc in the oppo decrypt folder) for oppo decrypt master
Step 6:
Go to the Global and Metro folders from Step 3 and run
"python3 opscrypto.py decrypt xxxxx.ops" (decrypt both .ops files from each firmware)
Step 7:
Open up settings.xml from the Global decrypted folder and change the following 5 values to match the settings.xml from Metro and hit save
BasicInfo Project=
Version=
ModelVerifyPrjName=
ModelVerifyRandom=
ModelVerifyHashToken=
Step 8:
Run "python3 opscrypto.py encrypt extract" on the Global decrypt folder which has the modified settings.xml to get out.ops
Step 9:
Delete bengalm_14_O.04_201221.ops from the Metro folder
Step 10:
Rename out.ops to bengalm_14_O.04_201221.ops and move it to Metro folder
Step 11:
Connect your phone and enable usb debugging. Open up MSMdownloadtoolv4.0.exe with admin privilages, select Other and hit start
Step 12:
Run "adb reboot edl". Your computer should recognize and MSMdownloadtool should start the download. Wait until download complete and the phone should reboot to the Global rom (if your computer does not recognize the edl mode, go back to the FAQs on Step 1 thread
Note: Tmobile folks just need to do the same thing as above but with the Tmobile rom from the thread in Step 1

thanks this worked on my metro be2015 on first attempt
I know this thread is all about doing this with a locked bootloader, but I just wanted to point out that if you do this on a BE2015 before applying for the unlock token on OP's website, your phone will give you an unlock token that is invalid and can't be submitted to their website.
