I have recieved my Moto x 2013 xt1058 from Ali and found out that 4G doesn't work! The phone was unblocked, custom recovery (team win) was installed and some custom rom (4.4.2 with russian support, which i don't need) was installed. As I have another moto x xt1058 with stock 4.4.4 and 4G lte works just fine. The question is how is it possible that custom rom or something changed frequencies? I flashed it to carbon rom 5.1 and it works well but still no 4G!

due to some wrong steps.......................that my device was developer edition and i unknowingly use moto x pure edition tool to return it to stock recovery........because i lose the stock rom when i root it.....pls help me to return back to stock and to change to 1092......now i am unable to install android upgrade due to lack of stock recovery....
I have a Verizon moto-x 2. I want marshmallow. Do I have this right- I can either get the 1095 version of marshmallow stock from Motorola or get a different marshmallow variant from a third-party custom ROM? What are the reasons to favor a custom marshmellow vs. Stock? Are there any downside or compatibility issues with leaving my Verizon stock lollipop? Is there a consensus does marshmallow improve battery life for this?

I was wondering, is there any official "Moto" ROM for moto x XT1096, without verizon bloatware? Is it possible to install Moto X Play, or any other Moto phone's ROM on XT1096? My phone is rooted and currently running 14.1 Lineage OS. I'm happy with that, but I was just wondering if it is possible?

I have xt1096 and now im running xt1095 stock... No cdma anymore . Just gsm.. u can try that or there are some flashable stock room availble, just flash that
