Wow another rom. Man thank u. Hope u can fix those bugs fast.:fingers-crossed:. I really want to use this rom but want those camera and youtube to be bug free cause I use them the most . Pls check the camera auto white balance for messenger and other camera apps. It's a known issue that after upgrading to marshmallow the front camera and back camera is too dark in indoors and can't adjust auto white balance. Thanks again.

U got me wrong. It's not only messenger, almost every other camera apps can't adjust the white balance (except google camera and open camera, don't know why they work).
Sim Card not recognized.
I installed this on a Vivo XL with stock 6.0 from NA. Everything went smoothly but my SIM card is no longer recognized. I tried wiping and reflashing, as well as changing card slots, but to no avail. Any suggestions as to what might be causing this?

Your Imei was deleted. Check them by just typing *#06# in ur calling screen.

yes i've figured this out in the past 20 minutes. any way of reliably restoring them? i've tried using chamelephon but every time i enter the ones from the inside of my phone it doesn't seem to save them.

It's gonna be a lengthy process. I used the firmware of Gionee and it caused me to lose the imei. But what I did is, flash the Gionee 5.1 stock firmware and recovered Imei using sn write tool. Then I flashed custom ROM or marshmallow rom or whatever rom, my Imei was not erased. TBH I don't know any process to restore imei in marshmallow. What u can do is before flashing backup nvram and secro. Then restore it after flashing any rom using twrp. :fingers-crossed: Another thing, don't use format option in sp flash tool just use firmware upgrade or download only.

so just to be clear if i flash the gionee 5.1 right now with my current twrp over top of my current CM13 rom i should be able to recover my imei? will i need a downgraded recovery or will the 2.8.7 twrp included in the OP be ok? i'll definitely make sure i backup the nvram this time and i never used anything other than download mode in sp flash. First of all did u backup ur stock rom? If so try restoring that and check if ur imei is restored or not. IF YES, only flashing stock firmware should work. IF NOT, then u will have to use sn write tool (an pc app) to restore ur imei as ur nvram partition is corrupted. U can ONLY use sn write tool in lollipop firmware as it didn't work for me in marshmallow, u can try if u want. I'm telling u to use sn write tool because it restores ur imei permanently, there are other simple temporary methods too but once u reset ur phone imei will be erased again. There are plenty of tutorials out there how to use sn write tool.
I'm really sorry for asking but pls can u inform that are u still working on this rom? I'll really appreciate any progress... Thanks in advance cm13 is a dream for this phone...

I don't use it but I used the resurrection remix rom it was pretty good.... I guess this one will be pretty stable too just need the camera to be full resolution....

Thats nothing to worry about.................... my friend
I personally use lcd density = 320 , so it is set to 320 in build.prop
just change it back to 480 which is default size and your phone will be back to its normal stock PPI

I don't know what is wrong, and here's my steps:
1. flash stock firmware via flashtool, wipe all.
2. flash kernel via fastboot ( fastboot flash boot 376_NO_SU.img ).
3. flash SuperSU via twrp, wipe cache/dalvik, and reboot.
4. flash deodexed patch via twrp, wipe cache/dalvik, and reboot.

Because I wanna use Bluetooth , I restore a backup using twrp to go back to without patch, and now I'm stuck in recovery , keep looping back to twrp even though I tried to boot system

Hello everyone, I present you the I9506 ROM for E330 devices made by me and @3lambda. I want to publicly thank 3lambda for providing all the help. Without him, I wouldn't be able to make this project.
The ROM is completely stock, with no modifications. The main reason I made this ROM is that there are no stock debloated ROMs for Galaxy S4 E330. The official software for E330S/K/L is full of Korean bloatware. This one is ported from the latest firmware for I9506 from Sammobile.com. This is my first ROM. I hope you like it and find it useful. The ROM is deodexed and zipaligned and rooted with SuperSU.
Installation instructions:
1. Flash TWRP recovery for E330
2. Put the ROM file on the SD card
3. Boot into recovery and wipe: ART/Dalvik Cache, Data, System, Cache, Internal storage and Preload
4. Don't reboot system after flashing, go to Install and flash Arter Kernel 11.1
5. Reboot system and wait for phone to boot (takes about 10 minutes)
6. Enjoy your E330 converted to International I9506

You can search in themes and mods forum, I remember that s6 keyboard in s6 apps for lollipop thread can use with stock rom.

That is strange... What is your network provider? This ROM doesn't have ultra saving mode because stock lollipop by Samsung doesn't provide that option.

You see, CWM recovery is old recovery. You need TWRP recovery (I personally use TWRP version 2.8.7.0). What 3lambda told you is: you flashed this ROM directly from 4.4.2 Kitkat. You should first flash the stock rom with Odin (I suppose you own a E330 device) and then flash this ROM using TWRP recovery. That way you will have lollipop bootloader.

Wow that is weird.im using it and it's fine..I'll do some checking. Try relashing SuperSU and if it doesn't help, dirty flash the rom.dont wipe. That may fix it. Please keep us posted

Update, it was working for me cuz I was using our test version. I since flashed the ROM and I'm having same prob.we will figure out a fix ASAP. Sorry man. I may have goofed on something when I was adding some things.ill check it out soon as I can.

I fixed it. I have a flash able zip that fixed the issue. But I have another huge bug. I can not receive any incoming calls. My phone rings and I hear the call but that screen that pops up saying this person is calling swipe left to answer never comes up. Also if you make a call that i call screen doesn't show up either so you can't hang up or enter anything.

Man dang it. Vekenti reported the same issue but I was hoping it was just him.
Look just go to default apps choose phone.i forgot I was meaning to add that in install instructions. Reboot and it's fine....

I just flashed deutoronomy 2..3.3 and that fixed the whole viper problem.
This bug may be the same bug associated with the dreamux rom when it comes to bluetooth. When i connect a bluetooth device of any kind to this rom the device all of a sudden lags to the point where the device is unusable. As soon as i turn off the bluetooth device and it disconnects from the phone. In a few seconds, the phone goes back to normal and everything is fine

I flashed Magnum Opus and the driver they use is busted. If you flash XtremeMusic after ARISE then delete ViperFX it processes great. Magnum Opus sounds twice as good as Deutoronomy.
I gotta say i love this rom. It is very stable. With the exception of the bluetooth bug. This is a very stable rom.

really nice ROM but there is one problem lineage os camera and screen recorder apps missing in this rom otherwise everything gonna be fine i need lineage os camera and screen recorder flashable zip file to install these two apps

it has both the things u needed
i dont recommend them as they got diff. targeted android versions but no harm in trying
to make them as internal apps use ES FILE EXPLORER WITH ROOT PRIVILAGES

Great ROM, dude! Still thinking if i should keep RR or ViperOS... Also, why not port Coral instead of Python? Would love to see an official version of this for Grand because the dev team is brazilian, so am i. Still, thanks for the awesome ROM. :good: :highfive:

Well if u want customization and pretty look RR is best (5.8.5) version but if u want stability and performance and customization VIPER IS BESR VERSION 2.1

If SuperSU flashable not work, try flash magisk and flash trought TWRP.
