I am using HTC one X9 Dual SIM with Reliance Jio which works only on Volte but it seems the phone doesnt support Volte though the Volte flag is on.
Any ideas how this can be enabled?
Hello guys im using one x 9 with jio sim in it,but i can't figure how to turn on volte in it..when i contacted the help center,they told that the phone doesn't have the required hardware...
even though after enabling volte settings in my mobile jio sim is not supporting volte calls ,,,,as soon as i call with jio sim it instantly breaks the call,,,,,,volte is also not showing in the top of the screen
any idea,,,,,need help

doing resetore factory settting did the trick
I would like to say I found this that jio Sim is not working in Sim slot 1 but working in Sim slot 2 so if any one facing any issue they may try this
Voice call on VoLTE on working - Vodafone
I am having this issue with Vodafone 4G SIM. Phone auto selects VoLTE network sometimes.
I make a voice call, I get a HD symbol but the quality of the call is pathetic.
There is a constant chopper sound in the background. I always have to disconnect the call and try after some time.
Vodafone says the issue is with the MI phone instrument / software.
Can anyone confirm whether this is a ROM issue or the hardware issue?
how does it get resolved? any idea?

Nope. That's Vodafone. They're liars. I switched to Jio and it's all good.

I am from India I am using Huawei P9 Plus VIE-AL10. I want to buy Reliance Jio VoLTE sim card. I am inserted the VoLTE SIM Card in Phone for testing purpose but it showing as 4G and I am not able to make calls and receive calls in VoLTE SIM card Any one help me please. Is this phone will work for VoLTE or Not. If work for VoLTE how to enable this handset. Please Help me

I have a dual SIM P30 Pro in which I have a personal SIM and a work SIM. On the work SIM with some incoming calls I can't hear the caller but they can hear me. On ringing them back there is no issue. I have Googled this issue and someone suggested switching VoLTE off - but I can't find an option to do that. Is there one?
My personal SIM doesn't have VoLTE and I don't have an issue with calls to that SIM... so I believe there is a chance the issue could be to do with VoLTE. I guess there could be a hardware issue or maybe a SIM issue (but my old dual SIM phone didn't have this issue though it didn't handle VoLTE)
