4G is great on this phone.
But you know, it's been three years.
If you're insistent on Huawei, do a mate 8 or something. I'm loving my P7 - as a classic piece of design.

I thinks it is the version 1.31. There is a newer version of the program online, 1.4, which you can find here

Sometimes Google servers aren't reachable....
Give us some more info. How long have you been seeing this? What have you done to try and fix it? Etc
I have cleared cache..reset data...and this has been happening for a week now.
Worked before.

From what I've read, it seems that it has to do with Facebook not rolling it out to everyone's account yet
FYI if you have the facebook app on your phone, and don't have some kind of permission limit on it, it knows everything you do all the time and every app you run. The permission list is insane for facebook. I bypass this just keeping a tab open in Chrome and allowing notifications. Similar experience without all the snooping.
The new buttons finally work. Logging out and then back in seemed to do it. That or they rolled it out to my account at the same time that I tried that
