Is it possible to root the new fw 10.1.1.A.1.253 whithout unlock the bootloader? I've been reading the forum for hours and the methods I've found seems not to work with 10.1.1.A.1.253..
If there is a way, could someone please tell me where I can find the step by step guide?

But if you mean this thread:

It's not working for the firmware I asked...
Requirements:
Xperia Z, ZL with stock Sony JB firmware (as of now tested on: 10.1.D.0.317, 10.1.D.0.322, 10.1.A.1.350, 10.1.A.1.434)
I looking for a guide to ROOT 10.1.1.A.1.253 whithout unlock bootloader...

I'd suggest to look better.

I really need help to root my xperia z3 compact.
I tried to find some helpful sourcess on youtube, but no luck all of them speak spanish.
Im on 5.1.1 and my sony is not rooted. This is not the first time im rooting phones, i had xperia z1 rooted one. But i decided to buy my selv a new sony
If there is someone who can help me with links and explain how root locked bootloader, it would have been awesome guys.
I dont want to unlock bootloader, so please help me if you can. Im open for anything!

Maybe you'll be more successful when you ask/search in the correct forum for Z3. This is Z4/Z3+, which neither has a 5.1.1 firmware, nor is it rootable without unlocking the bootloader.

Kingroot will root the Z3 now. But as Silent_simmal said, this isn't the correct forum.
Hey friends, i flashed my xperia tx with flasher by androxyde, but by mistake i used a gx firmware.(my bad) my phone is bootloader unlocked and so s1 tool by sony doesn't work. can anybody please help
Has anyone yet discovered how to root the docomo version of xperia z4? I tried kingroot and it failed as well. The thread of xperia z4 is also not so active. Do devs don't buy this phone?:/
