Problems with Bank of America app?

Has anyone had any problems with the Bank of America app?
I just downloaded it and I'm unable to sign in. It asks me for my ID, my secret questions (mother's maiden name, etc.) and my passcode, but after that it says "We were unable to sign you in to Mobile Banking. Please visit Online Banking from a desktop or laptop computer to resolve the issue."
I'm able to log into the normal website with no problems.
BofA tech support was useless (they just told me to clear my cookies). When that didn't work, they told me to call T-Mobile. Of course T-Mobile isn't going to support BofA's app.
Any ideas?
Thanks
I just logged in to my account just fine. Have you upgraded to version 2.0?

I never had the app installed before yesterday, so I'm assuming I have the most recent version.
Have you tried accessing mobile banking via the browser first? See if you can get in there? The link is:
https://www.bankofamerica.com/mobile/richui.do#_home
If it gives the same error, you may need to activate something in online banking first - or contact CS - the online live chat works really nicely.

"Activate Huawei membership, enjoy exclusive services" error

I have a Chinese P9 and I have registered via email address for HiCare and it works fine (had to use email since Australia wasn't in the drop down list of countries).
So I originally registered on the phone itself for the HiCare app and HiCloud, received activation emails which confirmed that the activation went through. I noticed something else under Settings > Huawei ID > Member
On this screen there is a message under my email that states "Activate Huawei membership, enjoy exclusive services". Now, every time I click on this to activate, I receive an error message saying "Can't connect to server, touch to refresh". I've tried refresh lots of times, but doesn't work.
Also do I need to activate this?
Any help is appreciated.
I'm not sure if that is related to my issue - I'm from the UK but I can only register on the device (UK country), not on the website. I can't login on the website when I've registered on the device either - so the two websites/servers are not linked.

hicare app sign in with local account

Hi,
I'm from Germany and I used my Gmail account to sign up my huawei ID. But when I go to huawei hicare app it always gives me a message telling me to sign in with a local huawei ID, even though I gave Germany as my region.
Is there any solution for it? For a test I signed up with a different email and it worked with the location there were no messages but I'd like to use my current one as it is my main Gmail account.
No one?

Question VIVO account

I create a vivo account from my computer them i put it on my x90 pro plus, to use nova launcher, all was fine, i dig in on store (themes, always on screen) etc. And i had to install some apps to gain coins and them change those coins for themes, or somethin else.
Today, suddenly i try the same tactics, but it says something like this "you can'y use this child account on this feature" them i went to accoun info in the phone and i see, name, date of birth, gender is empty, try to fill up that info, and it says "sorry, this feature is "sorry this feature isn't available right now" so i went with my pc to the vivo account to change that and the menu it doesn't show those options like the phone shows.
Any ideas?

Yeah, the only fully-functional Vivo account is a Chinese one. That's also the only one that you can request accout deletion from for example. The only way to make it outside China that we've found so far is to go through V-Market app and register new account through there. The important thing is to register with phone+password (account with password). It will ask for your phone number, but will still allow you to choose your region - and you need to choose China there.
wait what? You need a Vivo account to install Nova? What else do you need this account for?

changing system launcher permanently requires account password, yeah. Or it will go back to default every time you hit Home
Unlocking Developer options will ask for password if I remember it right. Cloud features like 'Find phone" or sms/call history backup obviously need an account. I think that's about it
ok - well, as long as it's in English, should be fine to create an account if it's a one-off thing.

create a email account (it will be India region) if you just need to unlock few features and be done with it. No need to give them a phone number that way and if you don't need cloud functions you won't see any difference.
how can I create a chinese Vivo account to use nova launcher? I'm trying to connect to Vivo's chinese website but it forwards me to the european website.

I created the account from the phone itself, when it asked for a phone number, I entered my Czech number and I received the sms verification and that was it.
Btw if you use phone make sure to remove Vivo account from the phone before you change that number should you do so. Otherwise you maybe unable to remove that account and e.g. should you tben on top forget your account password that could brick your phone (not possible to hard reset without Vivo account password)...
Really bad idea therefore to create that account with disposable or virtual number/email...

Question Change region

I create account months ago in order to use Nova launcher, but recently i notice that I got delays with updates so i check my region account or in the phone.
I can't find the region in settings only in the vivo account page i now I see says india, but also I can't change it from there either.
Already enter the account from the browser and also see an option to change that?
Is there a way to change that in the phone or in the vivo account? Maybe because I am in India updates doesn't arrive fast
Indian accounts restrict features. Create a new account from V-Appstore. Use phone verification. That should get you a Chinese account and enable all features.

Which restrictions for example?
Not sure. I'm not Indian and I've always had a Chinese account. It's a good while back but there were some posts where people couldn't figure out why certain options weren't present on their Chinese vivo device which turned out to be because they were logged in to an Indian account.

How did you create a Chinese account without having a Chinese phone number for SMS verification? Please share! Thank you!

Country of residence?
How can you select china in there? Everything is in Chinese
@Kenshin1870 afaik the country is automatically assigned with no way to change it. You might need a VPN to create a Chinese account in India. Also those are Chinese provinces, not countries.

I did not select 'Location' because indeed everything is in Chinese. I was talking about 'Country of registration' which is the bottom field. This last field has the value 'China' for me, but I live in the Netherlands. I cannot recall if I used a VPN or not...
