[Q] SPC code not working after EFS Pro NVbackup

Hi everybody, my brother gave a gift i9305 from UK, I'm living in Turkey and I dont want to pay any taxes to the goverment, and i want to copy my old phone's imei to the i9305 ( If citizens bought device out of Turkey, we have to pay taxes for IMEI register and have to proof with my passport)
I have I9305 EVR. I did NV Backup from EFS pro and software did it successfuly but when i tried to connect the phone again via qualcomm tools ı get error, "SPC was rejected by the phone". (SPC 000000)
Is it possible to delete/change SPC code by EFSpro after NV backup
On the otherhand when i untick "sent spc", Efspro can connect and read from phone ( gives "Error SPC not found" but when i click ok software continue reading) out of ESN and MEID.
ESN and MEID is null, but IMEI is correct.
Is it possible to fix or learn SPC code. I installed supersu busybox,,I9305 Cwm Recovery, Stock kernel and Stock rom
Also i tried other softwares such as VDS, QPST, CMDA workshop even UNICMDA and MLS,,,not working, not working...
Do you have any opinion for this situation? Today will be my forth sleepless night.
By the way i restored from NVbackups but problem not solved,I'm wondering Is it possible to restore backups correctly while SPC code not working ?
Is it possible to change SPC code by manufacturer / dealer from internet, there is no sim inside phone but Wi-fi connection available and i used google play from this phone.
Thank you for your answers, solutions.
Copying IMEI between phones is illegal and a forbidden subject on XDA.

SM-N960U Imei null, certificate failure

So I have a beautiful Samsung Galaxy Note 9, unfortunately it is the Snapdragon model... But as I was doing the new exploit to root this device I managed to lose the esn... and stupid me deleted the backup that was stored on a SD card... I have been able to get the IMEI restored to the original using EFS Pro however I'm still facing issues with imei cert fail. I'm rather new to EFS pro and I've never really faced this problem this bad before.. I've been reading this website for years now and this is my 2nd post.. that's how bad it is.. some guidance would be awesome...

IMEI Baseband Restore / QCN file?

Hey XDA,
I'm hoping that somebody here can help me. I have somehow deleted the IMEI, Baseband and all of that from my phone and I'm unable to get any cellular connection. My wifi and bluetooth still works. I have tried using a generic qcn file to restore the imei but the imei only displayed until I rebooted it, and it didn't restore the network at all. My phone is rooted and setup for diag mode and all of that. I haven't had any success using QPST, I unfortunately do not have a backup and I was wondering if anybody could provide me with a QCN directly from a ZE620KL, WW version preferably. I can edit the IMEI's into the file myself. My phone is rooted using Magisk, currently on Android 8.0
Thanks so much!

Question EFS folder

Hello, I need help to be able to recover my phone, apparently the EFS folder is corrupted and I do not have a mobile network, only Wi-Fi. If anyone can backup your EFS folder and share it so that I can restore my phone, I would be very grateful.
Order a new phone, copy EFS, return phone...
hahaha , I thought so, but it is a bit expensive, I bought the equipment on aliexpress and I live in Chile, South America
how you going to do that and we dont have unlocked bootloader and root and it will not work 100% because i did that with s6 couple years ago it will not work even if some one gives you his efs folder that contain his imei and device unique ids serials and that's not going to happen anyways...
i remember scrwing my galaxy s6 EFS folder it was a nightmare i begged all over internet not one one helped me so i end up going to repair shop and i got new certificat with octoplus box with 20bucks
all you need is find some one with repair shop who has octoplus box google this
OCTOPLUS FRP TOOL V.2.1.7 IS OUT! it will genarate new certificate for the device the network will work again but it will keep loose signal time to time thats whatshappend to my s6 and you will never get your original imei back again (repair it with octoplusbox and sell it)

Download the full OTA firmware for your device (ex. OTA for RMX3311 if originally your device was RMX3311) and the OnePlus Updater app. Install that app and after that install manually the OTA file you just downloaded. You will get you mobile data connection back.

N960F IMEI repair

imei went to zeros . was fixed online with a new imei. Since then i updated rom and have no signal. I'd like my original imei back or at least fixed again. Had enough of chasing fake apps with passwords and viruses. Any help appreciated. Thanks.

[GUIDE] Not registered on network fix - EFS failed to mount - NO IMEI or Zero IMEI
Today i got an issue for my N960F after flashing a custom ROM. I'm not sure till now what've gone wrong, but after rebooting my device i faced an issue that my SIM card can not register on network. Cellular network signal is full, but can not...

If you have TWRP and a backup you have done via TWRP just do a Restore in TWRP but only restore the EFS - ODM and ODM Image partitions only. That will restore your IMEI.
My note 9 had all zeroes and I could not use it for over 9 months (purchased a replacement). Found an old TWRP backup while cleaning out my PC and this fixed it straight away.
Always do a TWRP backup and ensure you keep a copy of it off your phone.
