xposed v87 arm not starting anymore (MM) - Xposed General

Hi,
I have been using xposed on my Galaxy S5(klte) with AICP (MM) for some time now and xposed has worked flawlessly with it. Today I tried to look something up on my phone but when I pressed the home and/or the power button the screen didn't come on. I didn't think much of it and restarted. The phone booted up but only to the screen where it says "Starting apps..." and then just didn't respond anymore. So I decided to wipe cache and system and install AICP and the newest open gapps again. That worked fine and I was able to use my phone. I then flashed xposed arm23 v87 again. After it prepared all the apps the phone stopped at "Starting apps..." again.
Can anybody tell me what I am doing wrong or what I should try next?
/edit:
After I disabled xposed (touch /data/data/de.robv.android.xposed.installer/conf/disabled) the phone boots without a problem but I would like to somehow use xposed anyway, of course

Does anybody know how I could debug this? Is there a startup-logfile for xposed? I know it worked with that exact version of that rom for three month until yesterday morning and I didn't change anything.

Ok, it was amplify. Sorry for that.

[Q] Can't update Xposed framework or modules using NULL Rom

Hi,
I installed the Null Rom the other day, and, so far, everything is great, but when I went to update the Xposed Framework & when I try to update a module, I get stuck. I can download the modules, but after I click Install, a new window opens up. Here, I go to click on "Next," and it does nothing. The Next button will turn blue, but nothing happens, it just stays there. Is there a way around this?
Thanks!

Installing Xposed Framework

Hello Everyone
So i rooted my AT&T D950 G Flex and installed xposed framework.
Well.... after it prompted me to reboot (which i did) i was stuck in a boot loop and forced to factory reset. I left the phone alone for about 30 minutes and couldn't get out of the bootloop after rebooting several times. Has anyone been using Xposed Successfully with this Variant of the G Flex?
I have, I use xposed without issue. Though I couldn't say what would be your issue.

Did you even have a chance to install any modules that might be causing the conflict?

No i didn't install any modules. I think doing a soft reboot is what screwed it up.
Reinstalled the installer.apk - removed framework, installed framework and gravit box and now everything is up and running smooth!

Hey a similar thing just happened to be except I've been running Xposed for months. I DLed app updates and now my com.android.systemui keeps crashing, so not exactly a bootloop, but the screen wont work. Any thoughts?
Are you guys changing your screen density (DPI) ? The only time I had an issue with xposed was using "App Settings " module to lower my DPI . I bootlooped but booted into TWRP and flashed the xposeduninstaller.zip that xposed places on your sdcard on the first install. It will take away all xposed tweaks and restore your stuff back to the way it was before you installed xpose
I've been running xposed since the first day I got the phone with only that one issue (with the screen density) but as risky as xposed can be I'd be careful using it on KitKat since you don't have a recovery to restore or flash the uninstaller zip.

i agree that changing the DPI's can result in the SystemUI Force Close... i've done this on numerous devices actually before discovering this commonality.
The lowest I go on the flex is about 240 - 260.

OnePlus 4.4.4: Latest version incompatible?

My phone just told me that a new version of the Xposed Framework was available and I chose to update it. It asked me to reboot, but this fails as the boot never completes. The OnePlus is stuck on the rotating logo.
I seem to remember that there is a chance that I can interact with the phone during boot to abort the loading of the Xposed Framework. Do I remember correctly or is the only solution now a full phone reset?
Googled a solution: Press power button repeatably during boot disables Xposed Framework. Phone has booted. Now I to find out how to make Xposed load properly...

Phone wont start after installing xposed framework.

Hello,
I installed xposed framework on my galaxy s6 tmobile on 6.0.1 marshmallow. I installed it through twrp and after i rebooted the phone wont boot up. The screen is black, but the blue led in the top left corner stays lit. I cant boot into twrp but i can put it in download mode. I also cant turn it off. I watched a video about installing xposed and the guy said that it can take up to 20 minutes to boot the first time after installing xposed. I installed it around 40 minutes ago and it still has not booted up. Does the phone just need more time, or have i bricked my phone? If it is bricked would i be able to put it in download mode and flash stock through odin? Thanks in advance.
update: After some time the phone screen turned on and it is now stuck at the tmobile boot screen.
What's your TWRP verison/ Xposed version that you flashed?

Not sure what version of Xposed you flashed but I've got the same phone and I flashed teh following:
twrp-3.0.2-1-zeroflte.tar.md5
xposed-v81.0-sdk23-arm64-custom-build-by-wanam-20160411.zip
If you still are having problems, you should be able to boot to download mode and try flashing the original firmware via Odin as you suggested. Remember, that if you strike out using Odin, you can also download the original firmware from Samsung Kies or Samsung Smartswitch (once you've booted your phone to download mode which at present you are able to do).
Hey guys,
Shortly after I posted the thread I flashed stock through odin and that fixed it. The version of xposed that i tried flashing was xposed-v83-sdk23-arm64. I will try v81 like cwhiatt suggested. Thank you for the responses.
Do not try until Wanam releases the new xposed module.
Samsung s6 will get into bootloop if u install xposed module now.

Wanam does not work with MM (I tried to add screenshot to power menu and it's a no go). I have not had any issues with the Xposed module v81 however.
OK! So i was having the exact same problem.. I dirty flashed MM which went fine. BUT... I previously was running xposed on 5.1 which seems to be the problem, how i don't know but after doing a back up of my important apps then a full wipe.. Installed xposed 81.vers and everything's is good.. After 2 hours of not booting and reading other success stories I knew this was something small to fix... Full wipe if you were running xposed on 5.1 and dirty flashed..
Good to hear v81 works. I gotta try ~

How about viper4android ?
Anyone using it without problem ?
I could not make it work.
I installe ver 86 first but phone went to bootloop, then read this guy's comment and tried v81 by directly booting into twrp and flashing the v81 and apparently seems to have fixed it, atleast the phone moved ahead from the 'US Cellular' Boot screen and is now 'optimizing apps' .
Fingers crossed (Y) .
Thanks for suggesting v81 man

[Help] Weird Things Happening

I rooted my Z1 with pre rooted 5.1.1 Stock Rom. Everything was fine, until this night. I installed some xPosed modules then rebooted. But it got into bootloop, so i disabled xPosed Framework from recovery. Then it turned on. But few mins later when I tried a reboot (nothing special just reboot) it got me into bootloop. Disabling framework did not work. So I wiped out delvik, cache and system and installed backup file. It installed and after several minutes phone got turned on. But I couldnt see any files like storage, downloads or pics. I searched a bit and find out that I need to reboot. And it got stuck in bootloop again. So I need to follow these steps every time I want to use my phone. Cant even see files inside the storage. I can get into recovery.
Thanks.
