Nah ! Google duo uses internet for calling , I'm asking for video calling through dialer it has better speed ,like redmi 3s and redminote 3 and even samsung j2 also has this feature

We Need Video Calling Through Network, Not By Internet.

Hey don't say free internet. The call is carried out without internet and now the Internet is paid.
The Redmi & Samsung dialers support this feature of calling over the LTE band and the video call can be carried out without Mobile Data or Wifi enabled.

Keeps asking me about wifi

how do i stop my htc one from asking me all the time if i want to connect to any available wifi networks, especially if they're all locked. when im at home it doesnt ask me because its saved my wifi here. but when i go to work and i get on the internet itll always ask if i want to join any of the connections..and then itll ask me again a few hours later. how do i stop this from happening so much?
Turn off WiFi when none are available that you can connect too

ah, that second solution seems like it will work. thanks! one more question. in the settings i see some options, but these two specifically:
network notification: notify me when an open network is available
wifi network notification: tell me when networks are available.
i have the first one checked, not the second one..but what are the diferences between the two? they read like they do the same thing?
First one notifys you if there is a unsecured WiFi available like at McDonald's or any place that offers free WiFi the second one notifys you of any WiFi connection

But I don't have that second choice
Sent from my HTC One using Tapatalk 4
in wifi settings tap on the 3 dots then select advanced
untick network notification and it will stop nagging you
Man I wish I had thought of that

Wifi calling is a t-mobile exclusive as far as I know. You may have some luck with one of these http://www.rebtel.com/en/International-Calling-Guide/Mobile-Apps/Top-5-apps-for-WiFi-Calling-in-2013/
Naw sprint said g flex is one of the phones that can do it

Sprint lied! Wi-Fi calling app is exclusive to T-Mobile and is integrated in the framework on the T-Mobile phone. Therefore can't just be installed on another phone.
Now there are other options like Google voice or another 3rd party app. You can download then off the playstore. They'll allow you to make phone calls over Wi-Fi, but give you a new number as well.

Hey i learned something new today. Sprint did start offering Wi-Fi calling in Feb it was exclusive to T-Mobile for a long time; however he still lied to you because the only phones that are showing capable are the mega, s4 mini, note 3, s4

If you want to confirm though open you phone app and then settings. If you have it there should be a Wi-Fi calling option

Sorry they added the one max
Sent from my LG-D959 using Tapatalk
Wow since February and that's all the phones that will work? Not even the S5, that's tough
That's actually pretty impressive (surprised about the s5), but if it's like T-Mobile version it is very integrated into the framework

yeah surprised me too. Good for them to finally get rid of that ridiculous airave.

WiFi calling issues

Hi everyone. I have no idea what's going on. I've been having a ton of trouble getting WiFi calling to even initiate. The icon won't even show up. I get different errors: Reg99, Reg84, Reg81...
I was on Firekat and switched back to stock. Factory resetted. No go. Wiped my router firmware and started from scratch. Still the same. Opened a ticket with Tmobile already. Switched sim card. Same problem.. Any idea why? I need WiFi calling - like most people do. Thanks in advance for any suggestion.

Sounds like you need a new Sim card.

Reg99 is your Sim card has not received a crucial update.

Go to the store have them give you a new Sim.

Thanks guys. Will stop by a store later to switch sim cards - the one I switched to before was an older sim. Hope this works.
Sent from my SM-N910T using XDA Free mobile app
It really should. I've had to switch sims before.
---------- Post added at 03:57 PM ---------- Previous post was at 03:55 PM ----------
If switching sims doesn't work show them the support thread.
If they can't fix it after that ask for a new phone.
Still didn't work. Kinda frustrated now. I have a ticket open so will see what their techs say. Will definitely ask for a replacement otherwise.

So here's something strange. I was able to connect while on my Verizon jetpack. Tried several times. Went back to my router and it still failed. So what on my network could be blocking it? A dns issue? My isp?

Incoming calls missing when connected to LTE unlocked on AT&T Network

Hi` does anyone else experience missing incoming calls when connected to LTE or Wifi? When only connected to 4G, all incoming calls come through just fine.
Any input or suggestions will be appreciated. many thanks
I'm using T-Mobile phone on T-Mobile network and I'm being told I was called but never got it..

if im using voLTE then it doesn't seem to be too bad to dial out. but if i turn that off, which i do most of the time due to the cell standby bug, then it does take quite a while to connect.

How to tell if the BOOTLOADER is Unlocked?

I know there's a lot of speculation after the S7 and S7 Edge where locked on T-Mobile that they know 7 will also be locked on T-Mobile. I've made numerous calls to T-Mobile and to Samsung. In the end 8ts anybody's guess right now. I have had every Note since Note 2 and have ALL been Rooted. When my phone gets delivered in the next hour or two I was wondering if there's any way I can check myself to see if the bootloader is unlocked?
Sent from my SM-T713 using XDA-Developers mobile app
Lol I was wondering the same thing. How do you really know if it's unlocked or not?
Sent from my Nexus 6P using Tapatalk
According to Chainfire on cf-auto-root. They said on the site that they routed the international version to go ahead and try it on the T-Mobile. If it's locked it won't flash if it's unlocked it will Flash

@Rx8Driver should know.
My phone is out for delivery right now so I'm still waiting a few people have their phones but I don't think anybody's try to read them yet they're busy setting them up

For those of you that don't want to trip Knox, I'd be very careful messing around with stuff until someone who doesn't care about their Knox counter has done it
Sent from my Nexus 6P using XDA-Developers mobile app
Truth be told I've tripped Knox on every device I've ever had and including my wife's we went through for Note 4 is with her because of the camera issue Knox was tripped every time and Samsung fix it everytime my Note 10 had a bad battery connection.. I sent it to Samsung while it was still rooted and they fixed it with Knox tripped I'm not telling anybody that ripped nox but I'm just saying I've always got away with it

I would be more worried about Samsung pay then warranty work.
Sub'd
I'm no dev, but I don't think it's locked. I booted into recovery mode, and rebooted to bootloader, and it was ready to download. Like you would to flash odin.
If it's unlocked you'll be able to flash anything if it's locked you can always flash Samsung stuff with the signature
