Any background info? What happened? Why is your phone now s-on (a quick look at your "getvar all" and its obvious that it was s-off before).
What is your goal, you want to install a custom rom? Stock rom?

I do not know how many versions

As @alray pointed out there's need for more information. Why did you go S-ON leaving CID/MID SuperCID and SuperMID. And please try to remember which RUU you tried to flash, as this is ofimpotance as well. And finally what does stuck mean: not booting, stuck on old firmware and so on. We'd try to help if possible and all needed informations are present.

I see 2 possibilities to repair your mysteriously bricked phone
1- Flash an old custom rom (a close to stock rom like ARHD) and achieve S-OFF again, preferrably with Revone or Moonshine since you're on hboot 1.44. Once s-off again, flash the 7.19.401.2 firmware then flash the 7.19.401.52 RUU.
OR
2- Flash back the stock 3.62.401.1 recovery, relock your bootloader, flash the 3.62.401.1 firmware to fix hboot (it should be 1.55 when on firmware 3.62.401.1) and flash the 4.19.401.9 RUU. From there install all remaining ota updates until you are on the latest version/7.19.401.52
Code:
fastboot flash recovery 3.62.401.1recovery.img
fastboot erase cache
fastboot reboot-bootloader
fastboot oem rebootRUU
fastboot flash zip 3.62.401.1firmware.zip
fastboot flash zip 3.62.401.1firmware.zip
fastboot reboot-bootloader
Flash the 4.19.401.9 ruu.exe
Take all ota updates

I don't really understand your question... The m7 is compatible with these frequencies:
HSPA/WCDMA :
850/900/1 900/2 100 MHz
GSM/GPRS/EDGE :
850/900/1 800/1 900 MHz
LTE:
EU: 800/1800/2600 MHz
Check with your carrier if its compatible.

M7 stuck on recovery after relock

Hi guys,
I've been trying to reset my One back to stock and I've accidentally got it stuck in recovery after I reclocked it with the All-in-one toolkit. Every time I restart it won't load Android and instead just goes to recovery.
I'm on Orange UK, HBOOT 1.44 and fastboot gives me:
(bootloader) version: 0.5

Please help I'm really stuck here!
Ok I've unlocked the phone again and now I can boot it up normally.... Can anyone help me with how to go back to stock? I don't want to mess it up again.
I'm running Android Revolution HD 20.2 Android 4.3, Sense 5.0
You can't boot locked with a custom recovery. That was your problem. Just relock and run a RUU right then and there.

I've found a few RUU's with the right baseband 4A.14.3250.13, but can only find 1.29.401.2 and 1.29.401.15. I tried to use these originally but it wouldn't do it... Any idea which one to go for? Thanks

You're on HTC__001, which is the generic European version. Those RUUs ought to work. What error message are you getting?

try issuing the command
fastboot oem relock
instead to lock your bootloader
but before relocking your bootloader
download your guru reset from here
install using the custom recovery (twrp/cwm)
during installation, install the stock recovery and do not root
after that, you should be back to to stock and all you need to do is relock your device
why dont you s-off your device so you can be 100% stock and would seem like your phone is out of the box?
Since you're still on hboot 1.44, I recommend you get S-Off using revone, also remove TAMPERED and put it LOCKED (using revone), then you can use the European RUU to downgrade and restore fully to 100% stock.

[Q] Failed stock rom update now boot loop?

Hello,
i think i have a big problem. After the One of my brother did a provider update, it froze in the update process and it boot loops. I can access it via fastboot but not with adb. But with another One adb is no problem, that confuses me quite a bit.
I unlocked it with htcdev and installed twrp 2.7.0.0.

Ahh, that RUU will not work because its for an older HBOOT version. That's for HBOOT 1.44, yours is on 1.55
So, u cannot use that RUU.
U will need to update the HBOOT to 1.56 and use this RUU:
http://www.htc1guru.com/2014/03/android-ruu-europe/
Plus, lock the bootloader before using the RUU. RUU will give an error if u have an unlocked bootloader

You've flashed the wrong firmware.
http://xda7.androidrevolution.org/db_mirror/Firmware/index.php?dir=HTC/HTC_One/401/
Choose 4.19.401.9
Unlock your bootloader and then flash this firmware
the exe form of ruu in htc1guru.com is corrupt, i checked md8 signatures. but zip form is ok.
hboot is now working with locked bootloader, i will try RUU later. Thanks to all of you to this point!!!
I can't download the ruu, the download speed is so worse, it takes 6 hours and cancles at 100-150mb -.- was googling for another mirror, but didn't find one yet
The phone is working again, you're the best, all of u!!! Big thanks again!!!!!!!

[Q] Please Help, Soft Brick my HTC One "SOLVED!!"

I have been having camera issues with my phone and need to send it back to service centre in Cyprus.
This phone was Rooted, with S-Off and Unlocked in the Bootloader, I started researching today how to put it back to stock and in the process I have probably soft bricked my phone and have tried and exhausted everything to reverse the problem.

your on the correct hboot and relocked. Try http://www.androidruu.com/getdownlo...50.13_10.33.1150.01_release_316789_signed.zip

Should I just connect my phone which is alreasdy in bootloader and run the exe from windows right? No cmd correct?
EDIT: I see its a zip so I will fastboot it from cmd.

M7_WLS = Sprint so use a sprint RUU
your bootloop issue is probably because you are trying to flash GSM rom not compatible with the sprint variant.

htc1guru.com but this site is currently down
(link removed)
save it in the same folder where you have fastboot and adb on your computer, rename it ruu "ruu.zip" to make it easier in the command prompt
open a command prompt from that folder (or cd to that folder)
Code:
fastboot oem rebootRUU
fastboot flash zip ruu.zip
fastboot flash zip ruu.zip
fastboot reboot
Do not do what said above if your computer is running windows 8. Must be done using Win7, Linux or MacOS.

Do not relock the bootloader, your phone is s-off so relocking the bootloader is not needed. Better to leave it unlocked.

Now why are you flashing firmware ? the bootloader has to be relocked to flash firmware with s-on
You said you were flashing a rom / needs bootloader unlocked / custom recovery installed
flashing firmware / RUU needs bootloader relocked

Looks to me mate like hes renamed the rom to firmware.zip and trying to flash it like firmware, hence the failed to parse Android info.
You can't flash it like that, you need to put the rom you downloaded on your internal storage and flash / install it from within twrp recovery.
