[Q] "Process system isn't responding"

Hello! I'm needing some help.
My M7 currently will not boot, keeps saying "process system isn't responding". I can access bootloader and stock recovery. It has a LOCKED bootloader. All im wanting is to either flash stock or find a way to unlock the bootloader to flash something that works! I've been attempting to unlock it, have tried multiple drivers. My pc keeps saying the phone "isnt working properly" when i go to the fastboot screen. It shows a yellow traingle next to it in device manager. Oddly i can access the storage of the device when it's attempting to boot up at the htc logo screen. I managed to get the stock rom zip on the device. But the recovery wont flash it, it also says sd read failed in the recovery.
I hope I can get some constructive help on this. I've flashed many phones before usually with external sd. Please let me know any ideas you have. I'm somewhat at a loss.
Also, i received the phone this way, i'm not sure what has or hasn't been done to it.

[Q]

Hi friends,
I have just bought Moto G 2nd generation smart phone with 16 gb internal memory. To root device, I tried to unlock bootloader. But it didn't go smooth. When I hit command fastboot oem unlock <key>, I got success message with status Device unlocked. Status 3.
But what the heck this status 3?. I am not getting any info about this.
Google search is showing that, at time of unlocking bootloader, few messages are shown like 'unlocked' then 'restarted' and device restarts. But this didn't happen with me. So I manually restarted my device for custom recovery. And flashed rom using TWRP2.7.1.1-titan-motog-2014. This command also showed me success message. Before this I copied UPDATE-SuperSU-v2.02.zip in device.
But after restarting and hitting recovery, device is not showing any thing and just black screen and then turning off.
Apart from this device is working fine, with normal boot.
P.S. RootChecker is showing that Root access is not properly installed on this device.
So what is the way out to root the device again properly?
Thanks in advance.

Status=0 is Locked never been unlocked
Status=2 is relocked HAS been unlocked
status=3 is UNLOCKED
you will never get status 0 back its a once only condition (some says a poly fuse blows- i personally think it's more a case of write once memory has a marked added, and thus cant be reverted back)
but dont worry there is no need to relock boot loader to 2 (as 2 and 3 both void warranty)
Boot loader lock or unlock has NO relation to being able to receive OTA updates or installing them.
TWRP is now 2.8.40 for moto g 2014 use search
super su is now 2.45 again search

Boot logo gone following update to 5.1

Hello neighbors
My moto x has the bootloader unlocked, and thats all, no rom.
About a year ago, i got rid of the 'warning bootloader unlocked' message and replaced with the 'powered by android' (at that time it was the latest boot logo).
Following update to 5.1, the 'warning bootloader unlocked' message re-appeared.
What will I need to do in order to rid the 'warning bootloader unlocked' message?
On a XT 1053.
Thank You

YOU HAVE TO FLASH AGAIN http://forum.xda-developers.com/moto-x/themes-apps/collection-moto-boot-services-t2885395
Thank U!!! That fixed it
And incase anyone else has this same question...
It is because the OTA contains a copy of LOGO.BIN which gets flashed... and since its stock logo.bin, it contains the unlocked warning message.
And yes, the 4.4.x replacement logo.bin's (with warning removed) still work on 5.1.

HELP! Phone stuck on "Your device has been unlocked and can't be trusted" screen

HELP! Phone stuck on "Your device has been unlocked and can't be trusted" screen
So, I wanted to flash a custom ROM (pixel experience), so I installed TWRP, and while flashing, i accidentally hit clear system while clearing cache/dalvik cache. Then, the ROM failed to flash, and now i have no OS installed? Anyway, I'm stuck on the "Your device has been unlocked and can't be trusted" screen, and if i try to do anything, the screen just appears again. What do I do?

Download ROM again, better if you download two different ROMs (for safety, if one fails )
Then reboot your device into bootloader ( power and Vol- )
boot into TWRP recovery,
Connect phone with PC, and check if phone storage is getting connected or not.
(If not, goto 'mount' option in twrp and 'enable MTP')
Then check if it got connected, move ROM zips to phone memory. And flash.
If you dont have PC,
Download those zips to external sdcard or OTG pendrive,
And flash those zips from it.
