Anyone else experiencing flashing blue screen when going to recent apps?
Very good ROM only thing disable that annoying USB supplying power message after every boot. Ask Fedor917 how he did it , I think it has something to do with kernel.

Thanks. So far really good rom. The color reproduction is superb. It is fast and not bloated with too many configurations like RR is. Only problems so far are the above mentioned persistent notification and the blue screen flashing. Once you fix these I thin I will be able to call this the best rom for z2 plus

Great work nice and smooth rom just small problems
1.USB connected notification bug : notification keeps shoeing connected unless you connect your mobile to charger or computer.
2.screen flickers when entering and exiting recents or switching apps too.
3.Slight battery drain overnight my battery easily drops 8-10% in my 7 hours of sleep.

Battery is at par but the camera doesnt come near stock camera on ZUI.(but isnt bad at all just not as good as ZUI)
but you can use third party camera apps to get a better camera experience

Sorry buddy dont understand what you mean by settling as i have been using this rom since the 27/01/2016 build and have tried greenify, kernel aduitor and l speed mod all but yet i am not getting the desired results hope you can give some tips how to get only 2-3% discharge overnight

Im using the 02/03 version no moding tweaking greenifying or whatever. Stock OpenGaaps. SoT is ~4.5h with 3 hours of game time. 1.5 hour of youtube/brawsing. Hope anything from here helps.
Ok, the rom seems fine, maybe battery drain is a bit bigger then stock zui...
EDIT: Just found this wakelock...what could be? Maybe the notification charge bug?

I do have that wakelock in Kernel-wakelocks too, but only with 12 seconds total since the last charge. But I did had some issues with constant awake time after first initialisation, which I could fix with deleting cache and art cache trough twrp. You could try and see if that helps in anyway.

After restart you get notification that usb is connected and you have to actually connect to usb to make it go away.

My T810 is being recognised as a T815 ?
Is it possible to use this rom on a T715-model? I thougt the only difference between these models are the screen size.
Tried, great rom. With great potential, some issues.
Confused about root, ok magisk is rooting, do I need super su? Installed it bit can not update it. But I have problem to install better battery stats app/ never until now. Maybe root issue?
While rotating screen and going to screen off, some strange effect is seen/ deformed picture, letters.
Missing color settings, screen modes. Pure rgb mode in development options not do anything.
Device is somehow registered as tablet, can not install phone apps or other sms app. When installing pure apk, words of course. For Example my previous tab s t705 has not this problem.
Phone sms, calling data lte all perfect.

Phone sms, calling data lte all perfect.

Dont flash SuperSu , Magisk is the RootManager. Its normal that the tablet registerd as a tablet , it is a Tablet. RGB tuning option is CM Feature as i know so it wont work on AOSP

Thanks, boss I will try soon new one. About my older issues it is not big problem all of this. Magisk much slower give root right to any app (sd msid, better battery stats...) than super su bit it is not so important. RGB mot is in perspective great, as it give perfect accuracy to oneplus3.. But not work also on cm 14.1 Rayman.
Most important/ this rom, as also any nougat based until now can not be restored after twrp backup on t815. Please read this I wrote:

Boss, totally not good. Sim is not recognized. Never had this problem on any android 6 or 7 rom.. Tried with dynamic gapps or open gapps, to restore stock and then install this. No succes. Last built was perfect in this

Battery backup is not as good as miui
Facing overheating issue with this ROM too like LineageOS14.

Its because MIUI is based on Marshmallow and also they have the source code for the kernel so they can tweak it.
LineageOS/AOSP ROM based on Marshmallow provide better battery life than MIUI.
Try "L Speed" (needs root) with battery profile. In addition to that, install Magisk Manager & try "GMZ Doze" module.

The kernel source code is not yet released by Xiaomi. So if you want proper volte support, then please stick with MIUI Global/EU ROM's.

i found the solution u have to install jio4gvoice and turn wifi off every time while calling

Everything is fine. In my Redmi 4a, performance is smooth.. there are some lags i think because of the animations are not optimized. Battery backup needs to be better.

Bugs
Bugs that I found in this latest builds is :
-Equalizer apps doesn't work, every changes i did are same
-USB doesn't detected by computer and can't use usb tethering
-Hotspot error and shareit also can't be used
-Default camera app shows camera too dark, need to use other camera app
Another stuff running smoothly and stable... Congrats, I hope you can fixed these bug listed [
com.qualcomm.embms stopped working error after every boot. battery backup is very bad. Yes camera app is not good but 3rd party apps solves this problem.

Battery drain in idle it's huge even with aggressive doze enabled
What's up with the lock screen? I did a force restart and couldn't get into home screen.
Is Camcoder working on Footej ..? And what about the lockscreen bug .
There's a weird bug ... Whenever you set a pattern .... It freezes... And when you try to unlock your device after that ... Theres forced ui reboot I guess.. Since it always come back to the lockscreen

Settings>Extensions>System>App Ops> Turn off "Keep awake" for Google play store, services and Google app itself.

Workaround is available! Flashing Beta Build, setting lockscreen and then Dirty flashing this new build will bypass the lockscreen bug, but will lag due to dirty flash (maybe..)

The build beta of day 01/04 work better because use other launcher and working fine, the single issue is in battery dont support turbo , Pattern work fine and apps dont lag and close i using the beta because is more fast,i tested official ROM lasted of day 6 and i returned to build beta.

1. New build fixes headphones issue, also added zen io scheduler and Alucard hotplug.
2. Quick charge need to be enabled manually using kernel auditor for now.
3. What battery problem?
4. I think calling problem is fixed (I haven't tried it myself though)
5. Sorry I won't add Dolby as I plan to make the ROM official.
6. Snapit require Lenovo blobs I'll try to make it work on ROM but cannot add it in ROM
Am I in dream????? Can't believe that there is development going on for this phone. Guys please please don't leave the DAC and AMP feature left behind it is the one of the biggest feature of this phone. Apart from LG V30 no other phone can beat audio quality of this phone.

No, only for Chinese people as X3 doesn't support Indian volte bands

What is the best core control through the kernel adiutor?Alucard is needed or the original kernel control is better?
Sometimes the phone was freezed , but the core are working full.

Alucard acts strange sometimes
USB connectivity is not working on Windows 10, says "error code 10" in device manager. But works perfectly on Linux.
I had this problem for all the ROMs except MIUI and VibeUI ROMs. x3c50 users don't face this problem and x3a40 users do.
Am I missing something here?

So, the first modest conclusions on aex 6.0(used gtranslate):
1. Additional settings are not translated. At the same time they became an order of magnitude smaller.
2. The interface is smooth, although at first it was jerking.
3. Fingerprint is configured only through menu-> security.
4. Whether only with me or not, but when I first booted the system, the screen literally twitched. After the reboot stopped.
5. The download icons from 4pd and the playlist of the market are not displayed.
6. The camera does not darken and it is good. Removes and records as at 5.8.
7. Gps works (I don’t bother with GLONASS)
8. PiP is activated by default for applications that support them, checked on the vlc player.
9. Who is too lazy to read up ) STARTING KERNEL ADIUTOR AND SWITCHING A SOVERNOR WITH A PERFORMANCE ON AN INTERACTIVE (so that the cores do not thrash).
10. Autonomy leaves much to be desired 3% an hour faster than 5.8, but thanks to that, I think they will improve in updates.

Wrt ROM itself:
1. Battery life is better, considering it to be first build.
2. After first boot, phone was getting hot.. 1 reboot and it got resolved.
-> 3. Hey Shubham plz include custom font in this, as in previous version.. It makes a lot of difference in usability..
4. Saw settings app crash a few times.. Not major though..
5. Please try to port digital wellbeing to this rom.. (from pixel exp)
Thats all for now.. Rom is very well usable for day to day..
As it is Pie, battery life is expected to increase day by day.. (lets see)

So, I will be pushing an update now with permissive selinux cause some things are having impact of enforced selinux.
And the other thing, we just now noticed that Nov asb with Pixel3 XL tag (r16) are having some issues with hotspot and breaking this if data is turned on. So, we will be addressing this soon and the update with this fix will be pushed as soon as this is addressed.

Fonts will be added in future and digital wellbeing is included if you flash at least Nano gapps iirc
For the today update can be done a.dirty flash.

Don't blame me you didn't flashed correct firmware files
For flashing this aex with pie, do we need to flash firmware files of aex v5.8 first?
