I think that cid is HTC India. If you have a software number with x.xx.720.x then its indian.
If you need a RUU for that cid I don't think you can find one as i tryed to find it too(i have an indian cid too...) but with no luck...
If you are rooted you can install one of the working roms for the phone as it ignore the cid.

As I know, this phone for Taiwan,
I installed the firmware is not suitable for him:

This firmware for 802d but for Chinese model, for other CID
After install this firmware, phone after downloading and all the welcome screen appears the following screen (photo) and after a couple of minutes - Reboot
please help to find the right firmware(ROM) for my phone ...

S-ON? you need to be S-OFFed to flash any type of firmware... Next time do a check before you flash any firmware. Your phone could be screwed but try S-OFF and flash a new firmware.

I wanna S-OFF my HTC One Dual Sim 802w but I always face this error:

so I've change my kernal to 802Xtreem but again I get that error!!!
I cant use sunshine because I have paypal problem and etc...

Hello i have HTC M7 GPE i dont know why but i dont have imei any more, i havd now android 5.0.2.
When i put a sim card the imei is null but when i without sim there is imei how can i fix it the phone is not unlocked and dont have s-off
i have h-boot 1.61
please some one can help how to fix.
