Can someone please help. I'm getting desperate now. I flashed a Nougat build a little while ago but had some issues with Bluetooth and NFC so I flashed back to the original firmware using the dload folder and 3 button method. The installation seemed to go through fine but get's stuck booting at the vodafone logo. It then takes me into eRecovery where it attempts to download latest version over wifi but fails. I don't really know where to go from here because I can't access the internal sd card because the phone won't boot. I can access fastboot but don't really know what to do from there.

Stevemacer10 Hello, I hope to be keen to help, because it happened to me the same thing, with two days of stomach ache for it. In wanting to load Android on my Nougat Huawei P9 Plus VIE-C02, with VIE-L09C605B354 and VIE-L29C185B320 I went into semi-brick or brick, or was only in bootloader, the screen with the green man to speak. No avail various ways, including via microSD-Fastboot or ADB to do restart your phone. Then, to my previous experience with a Huawei tablet, I logged on to the 'https://www.dc-unlocker.com/' site, and essend already registered, I bought 15 credits (15 Euros), for the 'option' DC Phoenix Firmware write ', valid for 72 hours, in addition to the program and downloaded the' DC program Phonix v29 '(https://www.dc-unlocker.com/DC-Phoenix-flash-repair-tutorial) following the related tutorial. Obviously procured the original firmware 'VIE-L09C02B133' or even lower versions, you'll have to unpack in a folder of your preference. Unfortunately, despite having used with DC Phoenix the original firmware was always also blocked me. At that point I wanted groped with a firmware that you can find on the same site of the DC-Unlocker (https://files.dc-unlocker.com/user.html?v=files/57694006a60d7) by downloading the firmware 'VIE_AL10B_M00A063_Factory_firmware_China_Nonspecific_Android_6.0_EMUI_4.1 .dgtks', which I loaded with DC-Phoenix on the phone. Rebooting of a minimal mode of andorid, I did not see well either. I went back into bootloader, as well as devone be made the previous steps that I have already described to you, and this time with DC-Phoenix I loaded on the phone firmware L09C02B128 and everything went well. Attention and keep in mind that just as I happened to me, the serial number of your phone is changed, to me has happened in '0123456789ABCDEF' and there was no way to change it, so as, while having the unlocked bootloader can not longer charge the TWRP recovery in order to then have root permissions. Until reading the paragraph '(Optional) Phone numbers REPAIR', I went to that point on the site 'http://hcu-client.com/'. Also here are sadly bought 8 credits (8,00 Euro) in order to work with the program 'HCU-Client v1.0.0.0115', you need to download and unpack, then follow the various instructions, which are not difficult when you have to be walked through the modding, otherwise you do even more damage. Let me know what you did and how it went to the method. I hope also good for you. In summary we want Euro 15 for Phoenix whose duration of operations applies to 72 hours and 8 Euro per HCU-Client, it can only use this for 24 hours.
P.S .: Obviously if you follow my instructions and all these signs you do so at your own risk, esonerandomi from every possible and accidental deterioration of the situation and the damage to your phone. Sorry for my English, whose translation has made Google translator.

I wanted to say that the change of the serial number does not work well. The serial number has been changed from what I've shown you above, but was not put one I added that I had from the sales box. I write support and maybe let you know what they tell me. See you soon.
Hi Grlshia,
Thanks for getting back to me. It's such a minefield playing with all these different regional variants. I have though, managed to get it completely fixed. I just gave in and took it into the local Vodafone store and fortunately there happened to be one of the tech experts in there that owned a P9. He took it off me and within about 5 minutes he had completely restored it. He told me he just did a factory reset by holding down vol+ and power. I'm sure I had tried this myself to no avail previously but that's what he said he did.

Stevemacer10 hello, I'm glad you've solved the problem. Unfortunately I'm still fighting because, for now I can only and even to load its firmware, but if you want to try to load the TWRP recovery for later obtain root permissions, it always fails. From what seems to understand me and certainly due to the fact that the bootloader unlock code now is different from what I have, because as I told you the serial number has changed and if I request a new unlock code, it stops notiziandomi the procedure that there is inconsistency between this number and the IMEI. For now I do not know what to do and how to proceed. I hope that over time can still solve my problem. A good evening to you :good:
i'v been throw it
after updating my p9 plus with a firmware that is not sutable to my area
my phone restarted and ask for an account wich ok but the problem was that the software not working properly and missing a keyboard.
and will not go to recovery mode to try another software.
this sloved by downloading a sutable correct software and unzip it into an SD card folder (i create) called dload, then swich off the device and turn it back on while holding three bottons (power+v up+v down) 10 to 15 sec. and the phone directly read from the SD card and start updating a new firmwarw.
try it.
it success with me , hope it work wth u

Hi to everyone. I have a Samsung Tab S2 SM-T810 with Android 5.1.1 / Kernel 3.10.9 that has retail mode on, it was a demo in a store. Is there anyway to remove this from the device? I already try doing a factory reset with stock firmware and odin and it stills the same. I think it has some kind of software installed on the ROM memory that prevents it to fully restore and wipe the retail mode app. Thanks in advance.
Please do a search this has been covered plenty of times already. There is no need to repeat over.

It's simple, make sure OEM unlock is enabled in developer settings, Install twrp, factory reset with twrp, boot to download then flash stock Firmware.
Done.

I wouldn't be asking for help if it were that easy. I tried doing that too. All the option in the developer settings tab are gray. I can't change them. The retail app is blocking it.
Any other idea ?

Just go ahead and install twrp and continue with the previous instructions. If you get the FRP block, just flash the stock Firmware.
Also if you carry on with the attitude you're on your own.

Excuse me, I didn't mean to offend. I'll try to install twrp right now.
As I expected while I was trying to install twrp it always return an error on Odin so I gave up, then after a couple of hours the table ran out of battery and since it was the first time it went off without the retail app monitoring. I decide to boot it into download mode. and that's it.
After that the twrp finally got installed and I erased everything on the tab. after that that it got stuck on the samsung logo. And I could install the stock firmware with no problem.
All thanks to you.
Ok so ive got the Sm-810 and i was experiencing the same issue of it not letting odin flash to stock OR install twrp etc. etc. and i was going to give up and i **** you not i was trying to get into the recovery to see if i could jostle some solution loose and it fixed itself !! It was booted into download mode and i unplugged the cable and pressed and held power+vol down and as soon as the screen went black i did the same thing again and then i mustve messed up cuz it booted into the os but i repeated the process from there and no kidding after 2 or 3 cycles of power+vol down i got a blue screen with an android on it and it flashed and showed a dead android with the caution! sign and the next screen showed the regular android with the word "erasing" underneath and vio'la no more retail mode. After this Odin worked and let me autoroot and so on an so forth. sorry for my long post i just though i should share
I think the major issue is that OEM is disabled and there is no way to turn it on. So most of the solutions are a no go... So any other suggestions on make this work?

Hi huntejes,
I've a SM-T650NU unit and have the same issue you faced on the Odin step (of course I'm using the specific TWRP file for my unit) just want to know what error showed up. In my case it returned: FAIL! (Auth).
Will let the battery fully drain and after that repeat the TWRP flash. Do you remember (step by step) what you did after the battery drained? I mean charged to 30% then put on download mode? Any feedback will be appreciated.

My husband and I also ran into the problem of having our Samsung Tablet E nook 2017 model stuck on Retail Mode.. we tried EVERYTHING we could possibly think of after the 5444 password didn't work. We rooted, we downloaded "easy uninstalled" apps, did the hard reset with the 3 button deal.. nothing! Then we finally came across a few passwords we were willing to give a try.. so when you go to the retail mode bar and it prompts you for a password to uninstall try blue. The word BLUE but in lowercase.. and it worked! We were then given tons of options and finally got that crap off our paid for device. I'm 100% sure that any device purchased from Best Buy and stuck in retail mode will use the password blue. A few other passwords we came across that might be worth a shot if blue doesn't work are: galaxy and unlimited. (Each by themselves as one password) Well good luck, we know how frustrating this has been!!

Dude, I have a SM-t560nu and I feel your pain. For months I was trying to find a solution and had to deal with obnoxious fools who couldn't get it thru there heads that this was NOT the usual Samsung Retail Mode but a special piece of software that puts the tablet into a rolling cycle of 2-10 minutes, shuts off all developer options, locks frp and basically makes anything you do null and void. I tried every password Imaginable including "BLUE," "5444" and the oft repeated "M729Q16K8546" all to no avail.
Here's the deal: this IS unique software and you'll find it at retailsamsung.com. (I can't post the actual url because of the new user rules, which is kind of funny because I've been a member for about 10 years but I don't think I've ever posted anything.)
Go there, search your device and download 2 items: One will be your installation package (for instance "Samsung_Retailmode_Global_Common _141006.apk") and the other will be called "RetailMedia.main." Download both to na sd card, put the sd card in your device, move the programs from the sd card to the download area ON the device. Now start your device, got to the download area and tap on the first program, the apk. Enter 5444 as your password, follow the instructions. the second password will be "M729Q16K8546." This will remove the Retailmode software and most likely trigger a Samsung lock. Go to Sammobile, download the original firmware and congrats, your new tablet is finally working right.
I was wary of downloading software from such a plain site, especially one I've never heard of but I figured after 6 months of no luck and my new tablet just sitting in a drawer, unusable, what did I have to lose? Well, it works, i'ts awesome and it's like new.
Hope this helps.
Mfb5159, You Are Awesome! A friend entrusted me to remove the Retail Mode from her Samsung Galaxy Tab A 9.7. I tried Everything. The passwords that can be found everywhere online, circumventing the FVP (of course that was useless), downloaded & installed the firmware with Odin in download mode... nothing. Then I ran across this forum. Tried two versions of retail mode from RetailSamsung.com and the second one worked. I had to open the retail app I installed, enter the generic passwords (5444 & the M729Q16K8546), then it gave me the option to factory reset the device. I chose yes & it worked! No sign of Retail Mode on the tablet. It's like a brand new tablet!! The .apk file that worked for me was SamsungRetailMode_GlobalCommon_141006
Thank you So Much for your help.
I hope I'm not posting on a dead thread. I saw a good deal on a T813 in retail mode (will provide link if needed, it's on a very popular and legal south american online store). The thing is, as explained by the vendor, someone attempted to remove the retail app and now is stuck on a countdown in the lock screen. After some time it reboots itself. I've been reading a lot about the topic and the main problem seems to be the OEM unlock off. Now apparently I won't be able to access any feature of the device at all. I thought maybe I could reinstall the retail mode and get back the app or just boldly odin flash twrp and a stock rom risking myself to an FRP lock.
However I thought better ask advice first, so what do you think? Any help is greatly appreciated.
Well, I bought it and first day has been no success. I can access guest user, could log in to my ggl account and downloaded some apps. OEM, third party apps and developers are out of reach and cannot access main account. No sign of retail app.
Flashed new stock rom, FRP asks for a password, tryed 5444 Mz$%"#$%& blue galaxy unlimited with no luck. Attempts to flash twrp via odin fail due qst (?) error. I guess because is OEM locked. Flashed some older rom and still a countdown that doesn't let me in in main account.
So far, this is my progress with it. Any advice to flash twrp, remove frp lock and/or remove retail mode? Thanks in advance

Did the same, although I had to use the older ap_SamsungRetailMode_Global_Tab_A_L_v1.0.4_15031100_M15031100_P0.apk with my SM-T550 (Galaxy Tab A (2016) 9.7") - I also had to stop the existing RetailMode Service from running by opening applications, swipe across to Running Applications, and tap on the Retail Mode executables to disable the "Sta" service. Annoyingly if you accidentally get the password wrong then it'll reset itself and delete the newer APK and you have to start the whole process over again
Could anyone at least point me in the right direction please? I can't access the main user of the tablet because there's a lock on the screen saying "Try again in 1440 minutes" which is a day. It self reboots every 5 minutes and each time the 1440 minutes thing resets. I booted in safe mode, now it doesn't reset and countdown is set for the next 4 hours.
Please, any light on the matter will be great. I have 4 days to return and I wouldn't like to do it cause it was extremely cheap unless, but I don't want to end with an expensive brick either.
Huntejes,
I had the same experience as you with my SM T810. The particular version of the Samsung Retail app (com.samsung.sta.retailagent.lite 6.9.20161101) installed on my unit didn't have a 'configuration settings' option; instead an option called 'Store Settings' prompted a password entry - but admin passwords 5444, blue, galaxy, unlimited all failed.
So then I went the Odin/flash stock firmware route. Unfortunately, despite two rounds of that, the Retail Mode application and restrictions remained. However, what did arise from this seemingly pointless process was the ability to enable installation of third party apps under Settings - all other admin access and functions (i.e. factory reset, program uninstallation, etc.) remained under the restricted control of Retail Mode. I went through that process about a year ago, assuming I had failed - the restrictions remained, and I was out of ideas/options.
Two days ago, I decided to revisit the problem, having to reeducate/remember what I had done previously along the way. Eventually, I came up with a novel workaround that hadn't occurred to me before - side-loading an apk file containing a different version of the Retail Mode software. Ironically, this worked. After installing and running the alternative Retail Mode app, using admin password 'blue' I was able to uninstall the original (i.e. problem) Retail Mode app, enable factory restore, and execute a complete wipe, which was successful.
I know this thread has been silent for a while, but it was one of only two threads that I thought took the larger conversation beyond the first basic step and I thought that contributing to it would be a small way to express my thanks.
Cheers.

Hey,
So i used the SRK tool to try and root my VIE-L09C40 (P9 Plus)
Something seemed to happended during the rooting procedure and when i entered e-recovery it said it had to Download a new version, but couldnt connect to internet via wifi.
Any ways it seemed to work after a while but now i have no keyboard at all, so i cant literally start my phone.
it starts, boots the EMUI 5.0 logo and goes through the information a terms, i click the ok button and thats fine.
Next it tells me to sign in to my wifi, i select my wifi and when i go to type the password all i have is google voice as a keyboard, ive searched and searched but cannot find a way around it, also the frp has tripped on phone so i cannot log in to my google account without a keyboard.
How can i get around this?
do i have to flash parts of firmware?
any help would be great, i sent it away to hauwei and they say warranty void due to software!, can only assume something wrong was flashed?
Waiting for phone to be returned now, please help
I had the exact same issue last night as well. No keyboard and only an option to enter details with voice.
Ended up with an essentially bricked phone. Couldn't find any info on the problem online, so I have to improvise.
I'm starting from scratch after formatting etc. using stock oeminfo, recovery and rolling back to Marshmallow. (fingers crossed ADB will let me, because it was giving me errors before)
Will let you know if I'm successful and the steps I took.

Good luck, i did read that it might be possible to install the base firmware back to it and then update again.
Im sure we are not the only people this has happened to and if you succesfully do this, maybe consider making a full step by step guide so to help others.
Fingers crossed

Will do my best.. So far it's been a major. I've managed to flash a working stock ROM and boot up. But there are a few things to smooth out. Such as, I have no IMEI number now and the build is C900, also the bootloader is modified.
To get it to boot I had to use DC- Phoenix to flash a factory firmware(Chinese) which I had to pay for. Then I flashed a stock vie-l09c432b181 ROM over the top.
To repair the IMEI I'll have to use HCU, which I'll have to pay for as well. But that's ok. If I can get my original IMEI back, I can use the original unlock code I got earlier this year, otherwise I'll have to get a new one based on a new IMEI.
I can repair the bootloader and region code using twrp etc. so that's not a problem.
I'm actually using the phone to write his reply, so I can at least use it.
Once I have it all 100% working I'll try to put together a full step by step.
Cheers.
Well, I have a working phone. But, it'snot stable. Having trouble with mobile connection, sms, mms, 4g etc not staying connected. So wont be doing any write-ups just yet.
Not until it's stable.
I'm wanting to return it to complete stock now. And that requires trying to find an oeminfo file for C706 (New Zealand).
Will add more as I get there. Sorry.
I had the same problems. All I did is updated the phone with the firmware you want via Twrp . Be warned that it will replace the recovery back to stock. Also clear the cache and etc.
I had a similar issue with SRK tool, bootlooping, won't flash new firmwares, lost all the stock apps and diagnostic tools.
I'm now stuck on a TEST-KEYS build with no NFC or Bluetooth.
My solution was to throw the piece of junk in a drawer, forget about it and I went and bought a Pixel XL instead - a phone that is properly supported and gets updates quickly.
After much messing and a headache I finally got to c432b370
And everything back to normal

Hi guys,
I've bought an P9 and wanted to get rid of the booting screen with the resellers logo.
So I thought I'd be smart, unlocked the device, flashed TWRP 3.1.1-1-eva.img onto it. Got an SuperSu-file and tried to install it...
I never got to experience the rooted version. Got stuck in a bootloop, somehow got out of it. Logged in, saw an green SuperSu-app, opend it and it saidthe device has to be rooted to use the device, ergo i failed to root it. [Forgot some steps here] and I found myself in another bootloop. A friendly guy suggested to flash these 2 files
[Link-Removed]update.zip
[Link-Removed]update_data_full_hw_eu.zip
which I did with dload. After that, I was still in a bootloop, but with WipeCache I was able to get myself back into my phone [hooraay].
The happyness-phase was a short, because i soon found out, that it doesn't have an keyboard (only googleVoice, should be fun to type in a wifi-password). Huawei-ID tab is also missing (usually located below Accounts), Update Phone, which was between Advanced Settings and About Phone is also missing, and bluetooth doesn't seem to work. That's when I noticed that I'm on NRD90M test-keys build.
After reading some threads here i downloaded rollback from huawei (for west-europe). Now I'm on C900B300 but all settings still missing.
Now I'm here crying for help.
Any suggestions? Please?
Ryan

do you mean, that i have to put the bootlogo back into it?
could be a meanie to do, because it's a swiss brand and I don't think that there's a version here for me to use.
//or do an OEM-Flash, which worked
Dear All!
Here is one desperate guy turning to you because I see from some XDA posts, that you know about twrp and Huawei devices quite something.
At first, I don't want to waste your time. If you can help me, I will be happy to compensate it because I'm quite serious on this (and desperate as well).
I'm a beginner on Android rooting world, and in a nutshell, I enjoy just putting my Android device to the limits and enjoy using them to the fullest.
Bad thing, that I sometimes take too much risk and this time it ended with a (Soft) bricked phone.
The phone is from a rental company, that is why I'm so stressed to get it back and going.
So getting to the point:
Device: Huawei P10, VTR-L29C432B123
(C432, as I understand, is European version and it's important here)
Current state: Device is unlocked, rooted and with TWRP 3.1.1. (TWRP installed by this post https://forum.xda-developers.com/p10/development/testers-twrp-t3585256 and rooted by this post https://forum.xda-developers.com/p10/help/root-huawei-p10-p10-t3589946)
After installing TWRP and Rooting device I happily enjoyed using it for some time but
things went wrong when I started to try to put back Stock rom. (+ unroot and lock the device as well).
I tried multiple posts on the internet and didn't succeed. Unfortunately, FLashify and alike apps didn't work (or crashed after installing) on my P10, therefore, I turned to TWRP.
At first, I tried to install stock firmware downloaded from Firmware Finder but TWRP put out error:
E: unknown command [errno]
Updater process ended with ERROR: 9
Error installing zip '/external_sd/dload-draft/update.zip
Then I tried some other ways and turned to wipe section. Deleted Catches and data and then also system. This I believe f-ed things up and (of course) I could not boot anymore.
Can you instruct me on installing Stock rom for my device and get it back and running?
Thank you very much and please let me know if some more info is necessary!
@paratox @OldDroid @XePeleato @Dejan Kruljac Guys, if you could take a look on this and give me a direction - I would be enormously thankful!
As you found out Huaweis work a little different. I used this to rebrand my P10: https://forum.xda-developers.com/showpost.php?p=72140996&postcount=10
I guess you can also use it to debrick your phone.

You are welcome, but actually you must thank @crucky and @mankindtw !
I recently got the P10 after two Sony devices and a Samsung, so it was confusing for me as well. I am happy it worked for you .
Debranding is installing a rom for another region, another carrier or a change from dual to single sim (or the other way around).

edit : I have relocked my bootloader which leaves me no TWRP
Would this also work for me (VTR-L09)
I bought the phone from Vodafone Australia and I am stuck in erecovery right now, when I try to update through the dload using a FAT32 sd card the update.app won't even copy onto the sd card as it is larger than 4GB. When I try to do it using an sd card formatted to NTFS it stops at 5% and states "software install failed!"
Please help me on what to do... any help would be appreciated

I can assume that your memory is out of order.
I understood correctly, when you turn on the cubes? You did not flash board firmware?
Ive had this problem for ages and tried everything i can think of. hopefully by now someone has experienced the same problem and solved it.
*My phone is stuck on honor boot logo
*i can access e-recovery
*i can access stock recovery
*i can access fastboot and device is recognised on my laptop
* i can wipe cache and factory reset successully and have done many times
*i can and have used the dload (3 button method) to flash stock rom successfully
Now the problem is that although i have flashed the earliest stock rom NEM-L51C432B102 it fails saying incorrect package!!!i think this is because my phone came with B103 or B104 and you can only flash from what your phone originally had and up.
I have flashed NEM-L51C432b120 and also NEM-L51C432b130 and although it says successful it reboots and remains stuck on honor boot logo!
I have entered fastboot and i can issue commands but they all fail saying REMOTE COMMAND NOT ALLOWED.
I can't use ADB because it doesn't recognise my device. Obviously ADB and FASTBOOT wont work because i can't access developper options and select enable USB debugging or OEM Unlock because the phone is stuck on honor boot logo.
Also my bootloader must be locked. I have the unlock code but i can't issue the command FASTBOOT OEM UNLOCK XXXXXXXXXXXXXXX because as mentioned before it says FAILED REMOTE COMMAND NOT ALLOWED.
I have even tried flashing rollback packages(there isnt one for NEM-L51)for other models, followed by flashing stock rom for my model device.
When i bought the phone it came with either the B103 or B104 package but after months of searching i can't find on the internet.
Is my phone a lost cause??? is it hard bricked? So i am praying that there is a guru out there who can solve this very strange problem.
Many thanks in advance.

Oh well. Seriously this is the same issue my frn asked me to help. This is soo serious that we can only unbrick through update.app or else service center. Since u said dload method works but stucks device on bootlogo. U need to visit service center if under Warranty

Flash these files and it should, most probably, be fine.
use dload method as given here- https://forum.xda-developers.com/showpost.php?p=73954487&postcount=240
as there are many different opinions on this method of using only update.app file but thats not true and it should be all the files.
Main file - http://update.hicloud.com:8180/TDS/data/files/p3/s15/G1165/g104/v71812/f1/full/update.zip
Data file- http://update.hicloud.com:8180/TDS/...1812/f1/full/hw/eu/update_data_full_hw_eu.zip
Flash both the files in order. 1st file will restore your system but then you need to have 2nd file so that apps are installed and all working fine.
After 1st file, it may reboot on its own and stuck on honor logo, reboot to recovery and then do factory reset, it will be fine.
Then let it boot to set up. Dont set your phone. Shutdown and flash the 2nd file.
boot and set up.
Good luck. Please provide feedback once done. In case of further issue, let me know and will dig more into this.

Thanks for your input so far people. Much appreciated. @shashank1320 I am downloading the files you suggested and will flash them exactly according to your instructions. I will get back to you in a couple of days with the result. Fingers crossed.

Unfortunately my warranty has expired. The annoying thing is that if i had sent my device off six months ago when this first happened it would still be under warranty but in the UK there is only 1 service center, yes 1, and its hundreds of miles away! So i figured i could solve it myself. You live and learn.
Hey there everyone. I still havent managed to solve the issue with my device and its not through lack of trying. I have re downloaded all of the stock firmwares that you can possibly find on the internet. I also found one ive necer seen before. Its a full service repair b355. Fingers crossed, a miracle might happen and it will just boot up like when i first bought it. to begin with tho, i'm going to start with b102 and work through them b120, b130 ,b130rollback ,b350(beta), b350, b355 and then the b355 full service repair! I also got a couple of rollback packages(around 80mb) if all else fails.
I know, i'm nuts!! Finally before i admit defeat i'm going to part with £15 to buy credits for the dc-unlocker and dcPhoenx programs. From what ive read it has a good chance of solving it. I've taken soooo long before considering this option because i think its wrong that someone(s) is making loads of money from this. Why havent huawei/honor included a similar program in hi-suite. Anyway ive gone off on a tangent.
One last question though. Strangely enough i only just thought of it recently....
Is it a necessity to have your sim card in the tray as well as the sd-card????? All this time i havent had a sim in the phone as its in a crappy old one so i can still communicate with the world!!!!
Thank you to everyone for taking your time to read this. I hope a solution is possible.

Did you flash those files i given? If not can try. Else i will have to look for other alternative
yeah i downloaded those files you had mentioned in your post and followed the instructions to the letter.
I've got a suggestion if you have tried all these above.
Can you try the following on ADB and then try to unlock OEM again.
fastboot oem relock YourUnlockCode
I've done the same and it helped, even when bootloader displayed UNLOCKED. Please try it. :good::good:

@shashank1320 Hi, i have similar problem with my NEM-L21 device... I tried to flash the Elite ROM v5.1 but i didnt succeed so i decided to restore my old rom from backup with TWRP. When i restored it it just didnt load. It was stuck on honor logo for a long time. I tried the dload method many times but nothing worked so far. I even tried unbrick it with HUAWEI Multi-tool but it also didnt worked.
Now i cant acces anything, just fastboot. I cant even turn off the device. Please can you help me somehow?

Try unlocking the bootloader again even if it is unlocked. It will factory reset the device and it should boot fine. Have stuck on this many a time and this was the method i followed.
