Try a factory reset (you'll lose all data).Still not working --> flash the RUU for your phone.

Hi im new to this forum so tell me if i do something wrong.
Firstly I installed Nameless Rom successfully for it a few weeks ago but now ive decided to sell this phone so now I have tried to put it back to normal. I factory reseted the phone then proceeded to run the
"RUU_GOLF_U_ICS_40A_HTC_Europe_1.35.401.1_Radio_10.08.98.09H_1.05.98.08M2_release_260338_signed" ruu however it gave me an error in the process (Error 155) I then looked on the web to find a solution. It said to Relock bootloader then try again.
I did this but then I got another error from the RUU install. (error 130)
Im completely stuck at the moment as the phone is stuck in hboot menu and wont boot.
This is what is displayed

Although I can usually get out of any problem I face with recovery, For some reason which I don't know, When I go into recovery, It takes me back into the bootloader. I've tried to re-add TWRP and I've tried to unlock my device again, Both I cannot do.
I desperately need help. I rely on my mobile and I have a flight across country for Christmas in a month and am currently laid off and low on funds or I would buy out my contract and get a new phone.
Please help if you can,
Thanks,

this is not a problem that's how it actually works.. ADB is for Recovery and OS, not the Bootloader.
Also in the bootloader you won't be able to get a connection to a PC program, you have to go to FASTBOOT and if you are at the fastboot screen and connect it to the PC it should be written: FASTBOOT-USB with a RED background.
What do you want to do exactly? I don't understand the problem you have.. or what you want to achieve
Edit: WTF?! What bootloader version do you have?! Did you go on a time jurney?
That is an ENG Hboot... Interesting, as the earliest one found has been 1.44
Maybe your HBOOT is good for the community, I am not sure..
Anyway, what have you done so far to get to this state? Steps? What OS are you running on your computer?

Low battery, randomly reset, bunch of issues explained in this thread: http://forum.xda-developers.com/htc-one/help/help-htc-one-crashed-lock-screen-broken-t2829538
Tried to factory reset today and it looped the update symbol for a while, then went to bootloader and will not do anything from there--recovery, reboot, factory reset, all of them go back to bootloader.

I don't have that option. I turned it off for several minutes and then it boot back to the home screen, I tried the factory reset again and this time when it came back up it says my data is encrypted. I've never encrypted it. Is there a way to get passed this?

My phone doesn't have USB debugging enabled. I cannot enable it because it is showing a screen that says decrypt storage. I have never set up a password and it will not allow me to type random passwords until it auto deletes storage. What can I do?

I did the factory reset before, the decrypt screen has been showing for several hours. For the sake of trying **** I've unlocked the bootloader. I'm seeing if I can figure it out this way.
Progress!!! Unlocking the bootloader solved the decrypt storage screen and my phone has successfully been factory reset. If I have any further issues I'll post here.

When i enter Recovery i go to TWRP (3.2.1-0). The original owner told me he did Advanced Wipe and ticked all the boxes.
I would like to put a Marshmallow Rom on this phone.
Many thanks to those who can assist.
you can install a linage rom first. then you could boot into bootloader again and could see which OS version it has before wipe, I think.
Then you can search for a RUU for the firmware it runs and could go back to stock, if you want.
