you need to re-lock your bootloader and install the stock recovery via SRK Tool otherwise the update will not install and your phone will just reboot back to your current version

Yes, there are some Z3C phones that do not allow bootloader unlock. sorry.
You can try going to a Sony Service Center to see if they can unlock it for you
You can root and flash recovery without unlocking bootloader
If your phone is running Kitkat or Lollipop, root with Kingroot, install XZDualRecovery, and flash pre-rooted firmware with SuperSU. Saerch it on Google
Mine says "yes" but bootloader still locked. My device running pre-rooted Lollipop 5.1.1
You can root and instal custom recovery on MM as well.

First you have to get Unlock code from huawei website for your device
then
1- unlock bootloader
2- Install TWRP & Root
3- Flash OEM info from this page (http://forum.xda-developers.com/p9/development/c432-oeminfo-flash-twrp-t3384903)
4- Flash Eu firmware from this page (http://www.modaco.com/forums/topic/377249-stock-rom-dload-file-p9-eva-l09-b136/)
you will be on eu firmware
Best of luck!!!
I have working fastboot (but can't flash anything)
I have TWRP working
Bootloader Unlocked
FRP Locked
original firmware was PRA-LX1C432B106
Maybe i could restore it with nandroid backup..
