After several updates I realized that software version has switched from C900 to C432 and I'm unable to get any OTA update. Has someone have similar issue?
I guess it happend when I apply HUAWEI_Mate S_Rollback transition Package_CRR-L09_From Android 6.0 EMUI 4.0 to Android 5.1 EMUI 3.1_C900B300

Hello there, just a couple of weeks with this amazing phone but as the title may sugest I'm trying to clear some doubts in order to encourage myself to updgrade to Nougat.
Currently I own an EVA-L09 CUST605 B135 and EMUI 4.1 and I want to know if I'm supposed to upgrade to a B18x version so I can finally upgrade to B360. I'll be doing this processes using Huawei Firmware Finder and searching the correct ROM manually. I'd appreciate any tip or sugestion you have regarding this subject, as well as personal experiences with Nougat B360 in this device.

i didnt receive any updates till now and im stuck with marshmallow , can i update to any nougat version like B385?does anybody know c900 belong to which region ?

Which firmware i can use to update to nougat? And is this a problem for huawei otg farther updates?
C900 is the region that you end up on when a firmware update has failed, in my experience. You will need to follow the procedure given in the link below. I have tried this and it worked for me.

Just got info that Huawei P10 receiving OTA of Andriod 8.0 EMUI 8.0. Anybody notice or recieved the update, please share. No luck yet for me

If we can believe that info- P10 Plus is recieving O now, not regular P10...YET. FF latest firmware for VTR-L29/L09 is B180, but even this is not approved yet...

I am holding a P9 Plus VIE-L29C20 (Singtel set), which is still on EMUI 4.1.3 (Android 6.0). I would like to update to the latest available OS, which I think is the Android 7.0 Nougat.
Can I use Firmware Finder to update to VIE-L29C636 which has the updates up to VIE-L29C636B390 (B391 not approved for installation)?
Will I brick the device?

You have first to Debrand on C636

Hi folks,
Do you have any clue if it is possible to upgrade a P10 once more to EMUI 9.1?
The update was offered, upgraded, then rolled back...now it states build number VTR-L09 8.0.0.386(C432) and doesn't find the upgrade anymore.
HiCare does not show any updates, too.
HiSuite says "you are using the newest developer version" or such.
The Huawei Support Chat wants to call me back...but nothing ever happened, yet.

Sorry for bringing this up again.
I also tried to find clues in the reddit forums, but nothing leads to a solution.
Anyone here with the same problem? Any experiences?
Why is it seemingly not possible for Huawei to offer the same update 9.1 again after a downgrade back to 8.0?
