So i was bored waiting for google assistant to pop up and just did this and it worked,so i'm sharing it with you!
Ps : it's working for me on a OP3T with stable 10.2.98 Google Play Services version and 6.13.25.21 Google App version, so please test and confirm.
1. Go to settings/apps/Google app/manage space/clear all data.
Go to settings/apps/Google Play Services/manage space/clear all data.
3. Go to settings/language and input/change default language to US English by dragging it to the top.
3.Reboot and press home button and your done!

So I downloaded and installed Rage One's rom a while back and my google chrome and google play store no longer have those side buttons at the top bar.

I want delete my Google Developer Account and therefor i must transfer my apps to another developer.

This issue seems to have started recently after the march update. Malwarebytes shows nothing.
Has anyone seen this before in the google app?

I have disabled every setting I can think of In the Google app
On your Android phone or tablet, open your Google app Google .
At the bottom right, tap More More and then settings and then General.
Turn off Discover.

I tried everything I can. Making it a system app, Flashing Gapps, Wiping cache/dalvik. Clean install without magisk. Still activating Ok Google is not working. Button slides to on and when I go back it is turned off. Can anyone help me??

I use have have the call screen services but now it's gone?
I cleared cache and force closed , I uninstalled and reinstalled installed I opted out of beta went stable still nothing then back into beta and still nothing any clues??

Try selecting 'Caller ID & Spam'. There should be a menu toggle option on that screen.
