Uday,
A slight modification can solve the problem.
in system/etc/firmware folder, From carbon Lp Os copy catcher_filter_1_tg_n and modem_1_tg_n.img into hyperoid Os and them flash the ROM, Data connection issue is solved. Any issues message me.
If u are missing an apn in mobile networks ,it wont showup . If it does exists go with above post
Am pretty sure this might be an APN issue
Did you fix your issue??

It would be better if you post the solution here so that anyone else who is facing this problem is able to solve it just by reading here.. unless its a very cumbersome solution and you need to explain it step by step..

I think it is because of the ROM. Try flashing another ROM.
Kindly,

This is a known problem with Android Jellybean 4.2.x earlier builds. You can see similar problems here,
Issue 40203:Access Point Names (APN) automatically deleted in 4.2
I suggest you upgrade your OS, CM 10.1, to the latest build or install CM 10.2. I haven't seen anyone reporting a similar problem in the latest build of CM 10.1 or 10.2. You can find all the roms available for our device in the following link,
Know your Device:Galaxy Ace GT-S5830 ~Root~Odin~CWM~ROM LIST
Do post the result. Hope I Helped
