if i already installed a custom kernal from boushh the 2.6.32.9 v4 now can i just flash it with a newer version without not problems? hope to hear from someone soon thanks

suggest you upgrade your Firmware First go here http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1102881 , select Firmware according to your location, than go here http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1112908 and flash a semaphore kernel. you will get root plus CWM

in the developement page i only find custom roms for the 9070 but not for the 9070p (NFC) model
can anyone help me?

You can use most of the roms of i9070 version by changing the tee folder. However, use at your own risk. Look here. And use cocore 6.8 for nfc support.
