Stock ROM wiped

I accidentally wiped my stock ROM from my Xperia Z using TWRP recovery and have not other ROM to boot into.
My phone currently just stays on the 'SONY' screen and doesn't go anywhere from there. I downloaded the stock firmware for my phone and am unsure what to do with it. Help please:crying:

Reread and try again, which shouldn't need prompting.

I also tried SUS but it refuses to update saying that due to the phone having modified firmware.

I used to have the same issue last week and I finally succeed respecting the step by step from Androxyde.
One Advice : Try to redownload the FTF fiel or try another one (from another country).
I personnaly had succeess using the FTF from UK (and I am from another country) and no issue at all.
Good luck :fingers-crossed:

Then you're obviously doing something wrong or missed a step from the picture tutorial.

In recovery (if you can enter that) perform a wipe /system and flash again This should fix most bootup issues.

Yes via Flashtool.. After that you can (if you want) relock bootloader and restore TA partition to recieve the delayed update from Sony..

Make sure you WIPE DATA and CACHE when flashing an FTF.
Well, lets dig a bit deeper
1) Which phone do you have (C69**?)
2) Which firmware were you on before?
3) Which version of doomkernel did you flash?
4) Have you unlocked the bootloader?
Managed to fix it, thanks everybody.

If you were able to flash ftf for Xperia ZR then yes you can use any ftf whether be it US or anywhere else. I don't own an Xperia A hence can't comment exactly on that. But if XZR ftfs work for your phone you can use any ROM from any region, as far as it is for XZR.....
Enjoy....:good::good::good::good:
