[Q] How to disable weather animation?

im using Energy ROM Standard: Energy.TOPAZ.21916.Sense2.5.Oct.08.7z (quite perfect ROM for my needs
I would like to disable weather animation on home screen. Help pls.

if you select a wallpaper as "animated wallpaper" (it can be a non-animated wallpaper), your weather animation will be disabled.
in another words, if you do not select a wallpaper as "weather wallpaper", there will be no weather animation. you can select an ordinary wallpaper as animated

I already tried that, but on the list i had only 3 animated wallpapers. Thanks to you a give it a one more try, and now i tap on albums and woalaa ...

i meant that also, if you select from one of those 3 animated pictures, the animation also make the device slower. the "animated..." word distracts users I think

Weather lock screen wallpaper

Coming from a Rezound, so this is the experience I am used to.
On my Rezound I had a static image as my wallpaper, however for my lockscreen I had the animated Weather Live wallpaper.
I can't seem to be able to get this configuration on my One.
Am I just missing something, or is it not possible?

Issue With Live Wallpaper on Touchwiz

Hello and Happy New Year.
I have recently wanted to try using a live wallpaper on my GT-N7000 running 4.1.2 and Touchwiz (I am on Philz kernel if that matters)...
I note that when I use the settings page for Display | Wallpaper there are 3 choices: Home Screen, Lock Screen, and Both. If I tap Home Screen choice, I get 3 options: Gallery, Live Wallpapers, and (non-live) Wallpapers. I get the same 3 options if I tap the Both screens choice. But when I tap Lock Screen only choice, I do not get the option for Live Wallpapers - only Gallery and (non-live) Wallpapers.
So it seems I can have a live wallpaper on the Home Screen only or on both Home and Lock Screens simultaneously. Of course, what I want is not available here. I want a static wallpaper on my home screens and a live wallpaper on the lock screen. Seems like I can't get there from here.
So is there a way to get the setup I want? Thanks.

a year later, i share your same frustration. i even tried setting the live for "both" and then just setting something else for "home". that caused the lock screen to revert to a default non-live wallpaper.

Automatic change wallpaper

Hello people, I'm using landscape wallpaper which is working perfectly on my galaxy s4 but it has a couple of issues on my galaxy note 3 such as when it changes the wallpaper it only shows a black background with a "image not loaded".
Also I have put a password on my galaxy note 3 but it returns to the swipe pattern to unlock

Google "Wallpapers" app to change the lockscreen wallpaper daily

Hello,
I'm new to Android with my fresh new Honor 9 Lite, and don't know if my problem is EMUI (8.0) related or launcher (Nova) related.
I've installed Google "Wallpapers" app to change my lockscreen's wallpaper daily, but the app only changes the homescreen's wallpaper.
I've tried :
- Setting my wallpaper through Nova's settings, selecting the Wallpapers app, but I didn't have the choice to select a daily wallpapers (only a static one from Google Wallpapers), and it didn't change both of my wallpapers (only my homescreen's wallpaper)
- Setting my wallpaper through Google Wallpapers app, but it didn't change both of my wallpapers (only my homescreen's wallpaper)
- Setting my wallpaper through EMUI settings, but it didn't change both of my wallpapers (only my lockscreen's wallpaper) and I don't have the option to select one wallpaper from Google Wallpaper's app.
I noticed that if I changed my lockscreen's wallpaper with Google Wallpapers for a static wallpaper (not a daily changing), my wallpaper was weel set to my lockscreen. But I can't change for both the homescreen and the lockscreen at the same time.
Does anyone encountered that problem ? I've tried to search everywhere since two days, but I didn't find a lot of subjets related to my problem, and didn't find a single answer that works for me.
