Hi, I have the Korean G2, has anyone been able to find batteries for this model. F320L? Mine came with the one battery in the phone and no battery charger. When I asked the seller on ebay about this he said his stock came with just one battery. The battery model no. is BL-54SG.
I Have Also F320L

Thanks for the info. Have you ever used Ali Express? I have never trusted their site, it looks shady, Plus the battery is $10.00 and the shipping is $80, lol, also the battery in the picture, the cut outs at the top are different to the g2 battery, take out yours and look at it.
Its strange that the phone is out for weeks now and we can't find batteries for it.

My friend has a friend whose parents live in korea . I ask them to send me the battery .
for example if you want to translate url "http://s8.taobao.com/search?q=bl-54sg&pid=mm_16822290_3446191_13194805"
copy and paste the lnk below to browser

this method only translate text not pictures but on web sites there are lots of picture with korean text in them
I am surprised that nobody is selling these batteries on ebay, since the f320's are sold there.
Can anyone confim that this is normal? i have an LG g2 with 3000mah and i loose 1% of battery every MINUTE while playing games, so 10 minutes of modern combat 4 or plats vs zombies is around 10 % (strange that there is no difference because the graphics complexity is very different) , 60-70% brightness, sound half way or headphones, battery gets pretty hot (40 C degrees). Some people are speaking about "5h of screen time easily" while i get 2-3h ... some site even says " When we had kept the WiFi and 3G network on for a whole day, had surfed for around 3 hours, played games for about 1 hour, watched videos for around 1.5 hours and had talked for 2 hours we were able to get back up for 1.5 days. "
G2 Battery for Korean version
Hi,
Did anyone find a reliable reasonably priced source for this battery?
Also is it available/ would a 3000mah variant fit in the G2 F320L?
Thanks!

I have been hooked on the way the HTC One looks and functions. I use to have Samsung Galaxy Nexus until I switched over to ios and have been eyeing this device for a while. Its already Q4 and I've heard rumors of the M8 next year. I've heard great reviews about this phone but now that my contract is done, an upgrade is due. I was wondering if its worth upgrading to the M7 now?
I mean do we really need anything more than a quad-core processor? Most of the apps don't even use that much & 2gb ram sounds great.
I'm just worried about future updates and falling behind on the devices since I'm getting it late. I have a problem when it comes to devices and this is my main crush.
Do you have any concerns about the future of this device? Would it be worth buying it now in November?
Shed some light on me! I can pick up the phone tomorrow if its still a yes 32 gb for $75 upgrade is a deal

Imo yes, you should go for it. This is the best android device I ever owned. Htc one will receive official 4.4 update so im not worried about future of updates. When HTC will no more support this device, there will be plenty of custom roms to bring those updates to us.

Yeah you are right but imo never get a new model at launch, they always have issue with hardware or build quality. I learned that lesson from my HTC one X I bought last year at day 1. Never again lol. so if you want to wait for the M8, I say wait a couple month after launch, that is something to consider imo.

Great thanks for your feedback. I have been exploring the forums for the device and things seem to be pretty good besides the camera tint issue. I love taking photos when I get the chance but Its not a complete deal breaker since the quality is still pretty good even with a 4mp.
I just want to confirm there isn't any lag because i pulled out my Samsung Galaxy Nexus to play with for a few days and I could not enjoy it at all.
I think i'll pick up this phone tomorrow ! now I have to decide either stealth black or metallic blue :good:
nice threads, I'm hooked up with One too, plan to buy soon, but should i wait M8 spec leak?
If true that M8 use snapdragon 800, then I'll buy M7.
I never buy a new model at launch, because I always check the XDA threads, looking for the developers, I love flashin' new ROM every day like my Sensation, until now, the dev's still make a new ROM.
What I'm getting worried is purple tint issue that One have it. I use android from the first till now with HTC Sense and now using the LG G2, I feel something is missing. That's why I want to replace G2 with HTC Devices.

no lag at all for me. I wasn't affected by the camera purp tint issue, maybe because I didn't bought an early device, idk. Also they nurfed boom sound a little bit after 1.28 bcause they had to many blown speakers to repair under warranty. so if you hear boom sound in store, keep in mind it will be less powerful after updating your phone. not an issue for me, its still loud enough with both facing speakers.

Imo don't wait for the snap 800. Believe me, 1.7 Ghz quad is already more than enough for all apps and games and I feel it will be powerful enough for at least 2-3 years to run everything you'll trow at it. Its like the megapixel war, at some point you don't notice any big upgrade in photo quality. imo it same for cpu, it will not make a big difference in everyday usage between snap 600 or 800 except maybe better or even worse battery consumption for higher freq. My One x died like 2 months ago and was powerful enough with its tegra 3.
When the M8 will be released it will probably cost between 600-700$ contract free. At this moment you can easily find a brand new unlocked M7 for under 500$ and spent that extra money for accessories or just keep it in your pocket. well that is my opinion

I believe the difference between snapdragon 600 & 800 not really big, and i agree with you, snapdragon 600 should be more that enough
nah... that's why i always look the XDA developer thread before I buy the phone, it's make me feel save for 1-2 year ahead which HTC software update not really good.
In my country, the HTC ONE cost around $700 just off about $60 after released. But the HTC One Dual Sim now release cost $760 and also HTC One Mini cost $570... hope next moth their price will going down thanks you once again to press my doubt to buy ONE.

more expensive than the original cost and no blue or red HTC ONE
today I decide to buy HTC One, but after looking 2 malls, there no one counter that sell HTC ONE, they sell the HTC ONE DUAL SIM GSM/CDMA no LTE version.
I'm confuse about the developers later, it's still support? I search that HTC ONE Dual Sim (M7_U maybe?) can flash the rom from HTC One M7_UL. Should i buy the dual sim or searching the origin HTC ONE?

Dual sim HTC One is a M7_d not a M7_U and I'm sure because I own a M7_U and this is not dual sim. Sure you can flash a M7_UL rom in a M7_U phone (as I did with mine) but it wont enable lte.

Imo, search for a M7_UL first. If you dont really care about LTE you can pick a M7_U and install M7_UL stock or costum rom later.

I see you decided to get the One then
It was definitely a good choice as the future of this phone is looking good, to be honest.
Before I got the One, I was a bit worried about future support as HTC haven't exactly had a great track record in the past and a lot of their previous phones have had some major issues. It was mainly the sleek that caught my attention and when I finally used one (on the day of release in the UK) my mind was made up.
The One was truly a "do or die" situation for HTC because if this phone hadn't sold well, it would have pretty much finished them off. Luckily for them, however, the phone is great and has been a brilliant seller. They've also done brilliantly with updates so far as have stuck to their word of releasing 4.4 when they said they would. That's why you don't have to worry about only getting the phone now as it will carry on getting better for quite a while yet

This is what I was also worried about when I got my One. I got it the day after release in the UK and figured I would have some issues with it, due to it being the very first build.
Luckily though I've had no issues whatsoever. The only defects I've got is a couple of dead pixels (which I don't notice most of the time anyway) and a slight lift on the top right corner of the phone. As those defects are really minor, and in no way cause for me to return the phone, I've not been bothered by them. The One is way too good for me to be put off by such minor blemishes

no it will not enable LTE as the M7_U use MDM8215 Dual-carrier HSPA+ modem and M7_UL MDM9215 Multi-Mode LTE modem
the main benefit of converting to M7_UL is faster ota update. I was stock on 4.1.2 with my M7_U
Sorry to dig out an old topic.
Planning to buy this for my sister who isn't a power user. Plus relatively small hands as I'll be wrapping it up with a Otterbox case. So it boils down to the fact that is it still worth buying for $200 less?
Thanks

Currently, no files for the Mate s (CRR-UL00) available at Huawei's web site.
I think a lot of Huawei user are waiting for the Mate 8 oder P9(?) with Kirin 950. Also the Mate S isn't a cheap device.
But I really like the Mate S.
I can't say I love it, but I needed a new phone and it was the best I could do and accommodate a micro-SD card. I just wish one of these companies would make a premium smaller-sized phone because these full-sized devices are difficult to operate one-handed. Even worse, these premium unibodies are so frictionless the thing is just destined to be dropped. I mean, it looks great and feels great, but I wish competition hadn't forced Samsung to fold and ditch the high-friction plastic bodies, removable battery, and micro SD. I worked around bloated Touchwiz by flashing CM, but anymore a phone is just a tool to me--I stopped finding them sexy in 2013. Functionally speaking, the Mate S doesn't actually work muhc better for what I need to do than my S4 before it became glitchy. But if the new Windows Lumias will be able to be used to plug into and drive a laptop, I might look forward to trying that.
I only went with the non-removable battery because I don't use a data plan anymore--I carry the laptop everywhere. I wanted to try an LG, but I couldn't find them retailing anywhere and I don't want to have issues in case I need service. Huawei is everywhere around my location.
Hello,
I'm thinking about buying a Z3+, but I'm having a hard time finding a single SIM Z3+ in Brazil...
How are the differences in developement, root, open device program between the two?
Thanks in advance!

That would be a lot of waiting, that I'm unable to do, as I've got my galaxy S5 stolen, and I'm now struggling witha Galaxy S3...
Just to put in perspective the Z3+ it's costing around R$2.100(US$530), while the Z5 is R$3.500 (US$885)... That's a huge difference that won't go down anytime soon...

I suggest you go for a parallel import of Z5 from Hongkong as it's quite cheap there. Have you heard of Expansys? They might have a branch in Brazil.

Uhm... I even looked at the site, but I don't think it's a viable solution... Ou currency is currently greatly devaluated, and the importing is a bit of a hassle... I can get stuck for months in the customs, and probably will get a 60% tax, that all imports over 50 USD get... Brazilian legislators are a bit of a pain in the ass..

If you have a friend in Hongkong, tell him to buy one for you. If he's able to come to Brazil, he can deliver it to you and you don't have to pay customs. Else there are people who charge you around USD 50 to deliver it around your city. The good thing is you get a refund for damages and misplacement if u pay 10% of item value Do a research.

I've done... No one around...
The big problem is that I've lost my phone and need another... can't afford to wait too long.. I need it for work reasons...

Have you tried the moto x pure edition? That's a great phone as well and costs only around USD 400. You can design your custom phone online on the Motorola site. But, Ive always had love with Sony
I’ve been seeing recently that there are demo units in the wild.
Question is: Are Samsung live demo units full phones with demo software (like Huawei P20 was) or are they missing anything?
Wondering just in case I see a cheap one on eBay.
Most demo units won't have a SIM slot/ cellular networking services

Thoughts on a motherboard swap?
As in get a fully functioning motherboard and put it into the live demo?
I presume the cellular and sim reader would be on the motherboard so in theory it would work? Provide the demo rom is flashed with official.
In theory yes. Because that's usually the only difference between a demo and a live unit.

Sounds very complex, better off buying it out imo. Be so screwed if the motherboard had a bad imei.
Come to think of it, I don’t even think phone companies sell replacement motherboards?
That's what my current phone is (Note5) bought it off eBay and come to find out it's a T-Mobile Note 5 with a motherboard swap from a UAE Note 5 (N920C). Haven't had a single issue with it

It's possible to find them but I think they would be scavenged for the most part from a parts phone. The power of eBay and Amazon. ?

Sorry I didn't try to confuse anybody, it was my humorous way to point out the deceitful and shady practices of some ebay(also Amazon), 3 party sellers who would sometimes unscrupulously "sell a brick" to rip off their unsuspecting victims(customers). In this particular case they may try selling a dummy drones of the real Galaxy 10.
Was looking at a Gmate Smart device. Apparently it gives cellular connectivity to demo phones without the need to swap motherboards. Just connects via Bluetooth. Can’t seem to find one with 4G tho, otherwise I’d almost consider buying one paired with a LDU.

Nothing like multiple posts is there? CDMA is a type of phone network not a phone so it's not the same as LIVE DEMO. I've seen some of those phones without a modem which will never work and some that work after flashing the correct firmware. Just make sure the seller takes returns.
S10 Live demo units are repairable.
