Hi everyone!
I have a P9Plus brand Vodafone IT, single sim. (VIE-L09).
I unlocked bootloader with srktool>TWRP>root>changed OEM.info in C432.
Now it's no brand.
I replaced the stock recovery.
The problem is that I can't update system in Nugat.
It found the update, it downloads the update but when it reboots itself to install the update... Load to 37% and ... Error.
I tried with huawei ff, dload folder... but same error.
Can you help me please?
Thanks
P.s. now, when I plug my huawei to pc in explorer found "VIE-L29" how it's possible??

My bootloader is unlocked and I'm root.
I tried to relock the bootloader but it failed because I'm root.
I read that I must flash a original firmware to get unroot but I can't flash any firmare... "Update fail".

Ok, then last solution i can give is to use Dc Phoenix and flash Firmware. It use a backdoor solution so u can force flash your phone.
It is a paid solution and cost 15€
I used it myself to fix my Honor 8 that was bricked.
U can use it for 72h when u buy credit, i can PM u my Login and Password since it still is valid and u can try.
There is a guide how to do it.

If you want to flash custom ROMs etc. you can start right away, your phone is S-OFF so there is no need to unlock the bootloader.
Just flash a custom recovery and it should be fine

No, you would only need this to fake your Bootloader version(or whatever) but since you are S-OFF there's no need for that
Just go to number 4. where it says "Flash a recovery" then 5. and after that number 10. That should be all

I don't think it's important to check that option in developer options. It still could be unlocked.
Or simply download the stock firmware for XT1077 and flash it.

Can you give detail on this selling phone and I want to get back total stock locked bootloader
Hi, I was attempting to debrand from VIE-AL10 to VIE-L09C432. The phone originally had EMUI5 w/ TWRP and root. After reboot after changing the oeminfo, it was not able to boot into the OS. I have been trying to boot into TWRP without success and it is not allowing me to flash the stock recovery, its giving
Code:
FAILED (remote: Command not allowed)
The bootloader relocked after the oeminfo change and it added FRP lock as well. Does anyone have any idea how to get around this?
Thanks

Yes, unlocking the bootloader gives
Code:
FAILED (remote: Command not allowed)
I think this is due to the fact that FRP option needs to be enabled in the OS before I can unlock it.
