Set 32.3.A.2.33 through Flashtool, install the boot to flash TWRP and deodex, then superusermod

This doesn't explain the practical uses. Can you explain what it does in layman's terms? I wanna know does this make my phone faster and if I should install it.

Links in OP do not work, are there any mirrors or can anyone post again? I updated to .33 and have been having trouble getting ROOT, is this not the best way?

no.its a mod only app and framework without .odex Files.

u can flash the one from the CWM for .244 thread. it works. if u'd bother reading the thread u will find the answer in page 2...
just a question, will flashing this zip in cwm change my os? all contacts/settings, apps etc? or just replace a few framework files with no noticeable change?

Yes. You can use it in any 67 firmware of Xperia ZR. Our doesn't depend upon country and also you can flash out in both C5502 and C5503 models of Xperia ZR

For this you have to deodexar all his rom I deodexei mine with this tool > http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2713329
For this you have to deodexar all his rom I used this tool to deodex my rom, both the framework folder as the app folder has to be deodex both folders so you can avoid bootloping. Any questions send me a PM. Thank you and good luck

But my phone is not "Bootlooping". Its working normally and sometimes it suddenly restarting itself. Thats the problem !

Reboots happen after installing this http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2715107. So thats why I want to go back to stock framework.

I have flashed both (tested Lollipop & Marshmallow) several times. Soft Bricked my devise and recovered using flash tools.
Backedup TA Partition, Unlocked, Rooted, then against flashed LP, restored TA Partition, Relocked and now flashed MM today only.
Tested and successful
No Download only ADDS everywhere
