Introduction
13.0 version is totally based on @nexolight work, I just built LineageOS instead of CyanogenMod. The main difference is the new Theme Chooser.
14.1 is the main goal of this project, building 13.0 was only the first step.

Installation instructions
Be sure a MM stock firmware is installed on your phone.
Be sure you know what you are doing, you know to use adb and fastboot, you know to unbrick your device.
Download all the files you need and keep them at hand.
Copy gapps into sd card or into Internal Storage or a OTG usb. I used an OTG usb
unlock bootloader
install official twrp from here.
boot into twrp
make a full backup of you current rom
wipe system, dalvik, cache and data partitions. Do not wipe internal storage and sd card. Be aware wipe can be slow
reboot into bootloader either from twrp or using adb command

flash boot.img

(if the second command doesn't give any output, stop it with CTRL-C, disconnect and reconnect the usb cable, type the command again) this works for me and usually happens when flashing from OSX, may not work for you. I take no responsibility if you damage your device.
reboot to recovery (disconnect cable and reboot using Vol+ and power)
install nano open gapps ARM64 - 6.0 (optional)
reboot into system

Tested it and it does work. Not sure about Dual SIM because my UL10 is having that no signal problem.

BTW, a screen of phone info is available in the screenshots section.

Fixed some build issues in 13.0: brightness bug is fixed, wifi hotspot works, power profile is fixed too, wifi mac address bug fixed, LTE signal still to test ( no LTE at home ).
I am gonna upload image asap and update first post.
Now LineageOS build is as good as Cyanogenmod one, I'll start working on 14.1

i hope that youtube bug will be solved soon, i tried 2 weeks ago and it was pretty annoying for someone who watch videos a lot, especially for videos that are 60fps only in 720p and 1080p modes

well, now im on stock rom and at this time i have to have it fully functional but i can describe the problem, when you click on any video, it works only in quality modes that are on 30fps, every ressolution on 60fps not working, that means its blank black screeen but if i remember well audio was working, looked like some graphics driver related stuff, lets say video has quality options from 144p up to 1080p 60fps, with this bug you can watch this video only in 480p because every higher option is 60fps, hope i described it well

Hello sir, I read that there are bugs on youtube however I have no problem on youtube with any quality, except because it seldom freezes the image and is resolved in advance the video. I am in cm13 but I think in lineage it will be the same

How to install Omni ROM on the HTC Desire C
How To Install:
1) You need to install h1gh1's TWRP.
Flash it using this command:

2) Download the ROM and the GApps.
3) Now, reboot to recovery.
4) Run the Wipe> Factory reset, and then click on Advanced> Select System and then swipe to wipe.
5) Install the ROM and the GApps.
6) Reboot to bootloader.
7) Flash the kernel(boot.img) using fastboot by typing:

8) DO NOT ERASE THE CACHE USING THE FASTBOOT.

Okay, @h1gh1 and @kirmaniarslan have done a great job releasing CM11. They have made the sources and all the github related changes/commits. Following their CM11 release, and after getting a clean chit to post and release other ROMs, I am now releasing OMNI ROM.
The ROM boots up pretty well.
Check OP for what's working and what's not.
THE ROM IS STILL IN BETA STAGE, SO EXPECT A FEW BUGS!

Yes. I actually used the VERY OLD device tree without those commits. So, would fix bluetooth in a few days in the next Beta version.

Answering your questions:
Yes, you need to change your recovery from CWM to TWRP because TWRP has SELinux support.
You would be able to call, message, use 2G/3G, listen to music(via any app) etc. WiFi, BT, and camera would be fixed as soon as the real workers- h1gh1 and Kirmaniarslan fix it.
You can try it-just a new flavour and stay tuned for it to be fixed properly.

Does anyone here know of a tool to determine why a phone doesn't go into deep sleep? The reason I'm asking this is that I installed this ROM and the phone doesn't go into deep sleep that much. I just want to eliminate any possible app as being the culprit for the problem.
Also when I try to use CPU-Z to look at the information about the phone, the phone reboots... every time. Can anyone help me identify WHY that happens?

To run deep sleep put these lines at the build.prop:
pm.sleep_mode=1
ro.ril.power_collapse=1
Don't forget to adjust then the build.prop permission before restarting.

EDIT: Nevermind! Turns out that using EXT4 for your external SD card isn't a smart move! Crisis averted. ROM works like a charm!
Now get that rearcam working and I'll sing your praises from Amsterdam to Zürich, @jackeagle!

There is nightly folder too in above links for some who have found it do remember that it is not XDA Release builds its just our test builds to test things out which means its unstable and only for testing purpose so if anyone flashes nightly and if you loose anything its all at you own risk bug reports are always welcome here

I know we've been waiting for a while for a stable, fully functional ROM for our S5 Mini, but spamming the board asking for an update gets people like me hopeful that there is an update from jackeagle and we then have to live with the disappointment that it is NOT.

Fixing Camera is not easy task and blame Samsung for it for their incomplete sources .. You wanna know status of fixing ask @kaiodduarte everyday day and night I m giving test builds to him in order of trying fixing Camera .. Its not a easy task has Samsung never released Sensor sources in their any kernel source So please do not ask same question again and again i know all need camera but there is no other way then waiting .. you are on user side hence your happy but when you see developer side work it is lot lot lot tough .. just wait and be happy that atleast there is some development for this device now when comparing past were all were making threads asking for any developer to develop cm ..

Installed and tried. ROM is sooo smooth, seriously, better than LP. Xposed is working (so i am waiting for fully working rom ). And yes, there is a problem with network switcher. It stays at LTE, and can't be changed to any another mode (2G/3G) BUT on selected LTE is only showing EDGE signal when i have HSDPA signal where i live.

Is this rom working with multirom? I can't check because I'm not in home. BTW. Great job and thumbs up.

The reason as to why your ROM is "super smooth and fast" is because it's just an ALPHA, and you had even installed a PICO gapps package - that's NOTHING for a device with 16GB storage. Basically, all CMs (I've been a fan of CyanogenMod since CM7) are meant to be fast, unique and smooth, but you can't really say that a CM ROM with only the most basic functions can be slow and bad. Especially on a powerful phone like ours.
And one more thing I'd like to add to those who are unexperienced - because you'll all lose DRM keys when you flash a non-stock ROM (which means awful camera quality at night and weird noise on photos), don't flash this ROM. It's not the time to do it, because you'll spend a lot of time backing up and restoring data. Better wait for a BETA version, in my opinion

Olivier, do you can recomended any GAPPS for this ROM? I using on LP HDPI (small) package on (for MM no exist builds), OpenGapps has having on LP problems as... After first logging lost pair Google services with Android (Sync account is lost) but after restart system is back,... And etc problems.

HEELP HAPL!!! MY DEVICE BECOM POTATO... um... I mean...
I encountered strange behaviour while switching from my Bluetooth headset to the wired stock Sony headphones during music playback from Spotify. The sound disappeared, ui began to lag, especially volume adjustment, and eventually crashed, without anr message though.

I am using project desire sound mod and adblock through hosts file, maybe this has an impact.

Installation :
Make sure you have Oreo bootloader and firmware before installing this rom
TWRP installed
Download the rom and gapps(optional but recommended)
Copy them to phone
In twrp wipe system/data/cache/dalvik
Flash the rom
Flash GAPPS
Reboot.

Since ,AICP source is not updated yet couldn't progress more with it..I'm planning to continue AOKP until then.

thanks for your work , but i think the only thing a5,a7 users need is stable aosp rom not variuos aosp rom , for example as other pie roms this rom dosnt have button options too , any way thanks

1.Gps note working properly even it note move when people move on rode
2.button light
3. In call some time audio get problem
4. Battery life is ok not that good
5. Music sound creaking
6. Whasts app , Google duo etc ,in video call camera lag to much even other people cant see us
7. Phone can't switch off some time it reboot again
8. Usb tethering not working
9. Ther is no volte
And etc
And i am telling this fro los16.1
And you all use that source

2. I said in bugs list
3. I am not using lineage source kernel , so it shouldnt be that bad
4.I think i never faced it
5. crackling ? It doesnt crack unless you have high Hz on ur phone and as you see there is no solution to it as i didn't design the audio module
6. im not sure about it..i tested facebook video call no lags for me
7.no such bug
8.USb tethering working for me since ages
9.I will never support volte even if lineage support it

You will get 6h+ SOT ...but something is wrong with logarithm that from 100 to 60% it goes really fast..but the remaining 60% takes longer time to finish

is this software rendered? theres no gpu reported in neofetch/lshw and trying to play 720p video crashes the phone

UI doesn't support software rendering afaik. Maybe it's got something to do with the browser. It was fine when I tested it with some music videos on default browser. Can you ssh into your device and grab some logs?

Can you also wipe your data and reinstall it?

instead of swiping on the wipe screen i formatted data and reinstalled the rom and it seems to be working fine for now, no crashes so far, may i ask if waydroid would work on here thanks

Sorry, I wasn't able to get it working. Probably because we use latest rootfs available on devel. I will release an update when I fix waydroid. You can try to run it yourself. You just have to compile kernel.

Not as good as stock camera and no, only 2 are working. 8 to 12mp is the max youll get unless your on stock. This will not change unless samsung releases the software drivers which is very doubtful. Just an FYI, the a70 camera is not hardware based for 32mp, it's actually software based to bring it to 32mp.

I'm very disappointed about this rom, actually it's little bit useless on this device.
Libertine: display connection issue and I can't even launch Firefox.
Anbox: Anbox has not been enabled for this device.
ADB: not working.
systemd: can't even check status of service
So I'm limited to few applications from OpenStore and that's all.....

Not trying to step on any toes but im betting development for the a70 will come to an end soon. With The shutdown of 3g and the inability to enable VOLTE on custom software will render the device a wifi only device unless on stock and even then cell service providers are dropping the device from their network. I.E the A70 will not work on At&t and by the end of the year no T-Mobile either.
