If I want to unlock my S6, is there a way I can do it via rooting or firmware? Or do I have to pay?

I dont want to buy a code to unlock my I8190, but i think we have more option to unlock this device. For S3, i see this app: RegionLock Away
Maybe it works on S3 Mini? If not, is there any other app/option to unlock this phone?
Thanks!
I unlocked the phone through AT&T and now I need to verify that it is carrier unlocked. Is there an easy way to do so?
Thanks!
I have a rooted Samsung galaxy tab a sm-t350 with marshmallow and have done a lot of searching. If anyone knows how to unlock the bootloader I'd greatly appreciate any help. Even if knowing it's not possible yet is the only answer.
If it is rooted that means the bootloader was already unlocked.
Hello!
I've been trying in vein to regionally unlock my Galaxy Samsung S6 Active (SM-G890A). I've already unlocked the sim.
I've found an app called RegionLock Away, but when trying to use it, it says "Could not acquire root access! Are you rooted?" I then went to work on trying to root my phone, but having read this forum I've found that not to be possible yet. So my question is:
Can you regionally unlock a Samsung Galaxy S6 Active?
Many thanks.

where is the root file for it. ?
I'm afraid to try, but assumed they're both the same device. Anyone tried or can confirm?
The n900a has a locked bootloader so it is not possible.
