Hello All,
I just successfully rooted my kindle fire hd 7" the other day and installed cyanogenmod 13 via TWRP. Everything went great and it ran smoothly but i had some trouble with some of the apps I installed so i decided to factory reset the device. After which when the device has reset, i get stuck on teamwin logo and cant access the recovery console anymore. It just keeps flashing the teamwin logo every 3-5 seconds. I can't do anything with the device because my computer doesn't recognize the device anymore. I've tried reinstalling all the drivers but it didn't change a thing. I've tried several of tutorials about the issue online but none of them have been successful. I'm newbie to rooted phones so please be specific if in case any of you have any solutions. Thank you.

So, I'm running software 6.3.1(stock), and I wanted to root. So, i followed a tutorial that said I should install TWRP recovery after I root. But, dummy me, tried to install TWRP recovery on a stock kindle fire. After a couple of minutes of installing, a console message appeared that said that the program told the kindle to boot in fastboot mode. Well, after 10 minutes, the Kindle was still not booted, so I disconnected it from my PC. And now, when I try to turn the Kindle back on, it just stops at the splash screen. I'm thinking that it's bricked, so can anyone help me get this fixed?
Hi Guys,
So first I'll apologise incase someone has posted a way around this and I haven't found it, so it would be great to direct me to the right page or something.
So I have rooted and installed cyogenmod with what I believe was KitKat OS. It was working fine, however I went into the settings and saw that CM had an update and so I updated it. It updated the OS to Lollipop, but nothing was working everything crashed, so I went to settings and performed a system restore, however from here on I just get a weird boot loop.
So I turn the Kindle on, get the orange logo, the blue logo, the teamwin screen, this then flashes black, comes back on, flashes black etc. It never gets past the teamwin screen.
I have a fastboot cable, which puts the kindle into fastboot mode, but I don't know what to do with it any more as I have a Mac know and so running OS X not Windows. I have used VirtualBox to have Windows on here but not sure if that will work?
Any help would be appreciated, thanks!
I am having a problem with my Kindle Fire HD 7”
So far I have rooted and unrooted several times with an app called vRoot to gain all the cool things associated with root. I am using KFHD software version 7.5.1. Recently I found out about flashing custom roms and I wanted every part of them because I was sick of the amazon ecosystem. So I figured it would be best to return to stock (to be safe) before installing roms. I made sure that I was root, then followed this (http://www.tekify.co.uk/kindle-fire-hd/recovery/) tutorial I successfully installed TWRP version 2.8.3.0. I booted into recovery, made a backup then rebooted. I then followed this tutorial (http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2409435), downloaded the file, went into recovery wiped everything except for sdcard, then flashed the zip file successfully and wiped sdcard. then I rebooted the device. Now it stuck at the stationary Kindle Fire logo. But something has to be working because I unplugged it from the charger, waited a few hours to die. And when I plugged it in it displayed the low battery icon and in a few minutes it was stuck at the stationary Kindle Fire logo once again. What should I do? Any help would be greatly appreciated!
Hey guys. Awhile back I installed cyanogenmod onto my parents kindle fire hd in order to give them a speedier experience since the stock rom was starting to get slow. It worked great! until my mom decided she did not like this OS anymore and tried formatting the device from within the OS. Now whenever I try to boot it up, it shows the red fire logo and then the blue fire logo but then goes into the TWRP loading screen. Here, it just keeps flashing the TWRP logo and won't let me do anything. The adb status is offline. I tried using the unbrick utility to no avail. Any suggestions?

You're going to need a fastboot cable. You can find them on eBay. Once you have that, you can push a new recovery image and rom to the kindle and flash it. Then tell your mom to read up on this site before tweaking!
So here's my problem: Today I installed teamwin software in-order to install rom Android 6.0 on my kindle, it was the Unofficial Marshmallow one and it went perfectly but an app in google play store wasn't installing correctly and I was told a factory reset would fix my issue but now when the Kindle HD reboots it stays on the blue screen teamwin logo and keeps looping. How do I solve this ?
Are you able to boot into recovery? Then do it and try installing ROM by sideload.
