U can use Substratum themes for that if you are rooted.

Set the image with the Pictures & Videos app instead.

i know you can get custom built packages that have certain colors or options to change the color, but i dont think you can using the stock app

That would involve decompile the launcher. Is that stock tw launcher or 2nd party like nova?

Check your launcher settings, this is possible for sure on nova. Not sure about other launchers as I've been very faithful to Nova.

once you have decompiled the apk check under TouchWizHome_ZERO.apk\res\values\colors and this is what you will see the highlighted ones are the various titles used touchwiz as an example but should be similar for all
hey guys ....look iv found lots places diffrent themes but when i apllay them if the theme got the settings theme i cant see the font cause the setting of our phone is white and the font black and most dark theme i found that change the settings also make the theme of the settings black but i cant see whats writen there cause our fond is write in black and i need to change it to white to see any idea why is that happend in all them,es that change the settings also?

No it isn't. I've just opened it to check if it's there.
Currently use dark themes in conjunction with Substratum. I have recently found a dark theme from the Galaxy app store that I like, issue is the swipe / pull down notification area background is all white.
What do I need to make this area black?
