Hello,
I am having an issue where when I try to install the Xposed installer I am not able to press the Install button. I am running a GS4 with Task650 Rom from 6/17/14. I am properly rooted and root check says I have root access. Whenever I try to install the app I am not able to press the Install button. I am not running any filters and this is a clean install. I cleared the Devlik and cache but i still have the same issue. I have tried v29, v31 and v32 and all have the same issue. Please help this is really frustrating.
Check again and make sure you're not running any screen filters or anything that draws on top of other screens.
I'm having a nearly identical issue but instead I already have xposed installer installed and I am trying to update it and also install more modules. I get to the install screen and cannot click the install button.

At least read the post above yours, and actually indicate if you've tried what it says.
I'm sorry, i assumed that was implied. I have no screen filters that i am aware of nor do i have anything active that draws on top of other screens. I am having the issue on my Galaxy note 3 running Hyperdrive RLS8 if that helps any. I am experienced but far from an expert in these matters, please tell me what you need in order to help me help myself .
That did it I went through all my apps settings and disabled draw on top for everyone. Its wierd because I have no filters installed maybe FB messanger caused that. Thank you very much for the help

You can try killing all running apps, that'll probably allow you to install the APK. (Again, I'd like to point out that this is not an issue with Xposed. It would also happen with any other APK.)

Thank you for taking the time to address my concerns. The first thing i tried was to clear all apps, and even clear the phones ram in order to make sure no other apps were bothering it. The problem seems to be related to the package installer app. Clearing active apps and ram has not helped my issue.

Problem solved, your information made me think enough to research elsewhere and find the problem. Turns out it was Echo Lockscreen app causing the problem.

To disable the draw ontop feature i used the "app opps" menu of my rom, Im using task650's rom, that allows you to disable parts of certain apps. in cm I believe its under the privacy section in settings.

To tell you the truth Xposed was the only installer I had issues with, I was able to install other apk's with out any issues.
I've repeatedly tried installing various Modules through the Xposed Framework only for them to timeout. Tried uninstalling the Xposed framework and when reinstalling, it timeout as well. I'm using mobile data only as no wifi is available. Worked flawlessly two weeks ago but now trying to setup a replacement, recently rooted Galaxy Note 3, I'm unable to install to my previous setup. This must be an issue with Xposed Framework application. I've only seen one other thread with a similar issue that appears to have been resolved however I'm still having problems. Is anyone else having this issue today??? Any suggestions are greatly appreciated!!!

Link is down for me too. I'm sure we can find one somewhere.

Beta framework download is working.
Looks like there are several threads about this general subject.
Beta xposed framework:

Are you still having any issues downloading via that link? If so, can you post the results of a traceroute to dl-xda.xposed.info?
I'm having problems also. Seems to download only on WiFi. Sucks for when I'm at work and want to mod lol
There is a thread dealing with download issues already: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2902533
Apparently some north American isp's are blocking (unsure if it's intentional) downloads. So far the work around solution is download orbot from the play store: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=org.torproject.android
Set up as per app. Download, download manager, and xposed framework installer.
Hopefully this is worked out soon. If possible, contact your isp and try to explain the issue. Be careful with your wireless provider... Root and everthing ?

I think you Disable it.
Go to settings
Apps
Scroll Down
Click on Google Play Service
Enable
Flashed 7.0 gapps via twrp and every thing turned good
It's the easiest way for those who unlock their Device

"Google latest update" - which app, maybe Google app or what?
Go to Settings, Apps, find that app and either Uninstall (if possible) or Uninstall updates
You can go to www.apkmirror.com, search for the same app and find, download and install an older version (they have history with all previous versions)
By the way, what is the problem, are you maybe on some custom ROM, etc

Sorry. Forgot to mention it's the Google app itself. Anyway, just noticed it's affecting many users not just me according to the reviews from the play store
