Can't get my ATIV S to reveal CSC

So I've tried to get my CSC, because It's needed for flashing an older version of WP.
I've been told you can check it with entering one of the following codes in the diagnostics menu:

After Pressing the accessibility settings..
Go to the app settings and click 3 dots..
Then allow the restrict settings..
