It's JAMT (Just Another Minimal Theme) by ClassicalGas.
It's for DeFrost, CyanogenMod, Oxygen and OpenDesire and some MDPI ROMs if I'm not mistaken

What phone do you have, is it MDPI?
The mod is HDPI. But you can add your own icons easily:
On your SDCard you have a folder name data.
Inside that folder there's another one called com.kankosmswidget
Place your icons of choice here. When you add the widget, choose Custom Icon.

It should be in Kimbo's Dock Collection.
And to overlap, you just need to resize.
There's a tutorial here.
Hey that dock has like a white background, it isn't transparent

Could someone please share the seclauncher.apk. I want the same one that's there in this video

As you can notice, the digital clock is full width. I'm using tw 1.5.1 and the accuweather clock widget is not fullwidth.

So this is probably a stupid question, but how exactly do you get the clock? I've get the skin running that came in the Holics Rom. It looks great! But how do you get the clock to pop up? It wasn't automatic for me, and I can't find it in widgets!
Anyway you can add the icons from this theme in as well?

I have a one x international ver which that rom was ported from. No one has yet accomplished making the app drawer transparent. the closest we have ever gotten was a leak from a htc dev on how to put a bg in it. so, I wouldn't hold your breath.
Viper rom has tweaks where you can make the notification pulldown transparent and insert a bg image in app drawer or notificaton pulldown. there latest ver is much more stable. give it a try.
