I have this same on my z3c. After installation LOS i cant install any other rom, always bootloop :/
I have a Z2... Exactly the same problem here. I can't flash stock ROM.

Try to reinstall Flashtool, just put the version 0.9.18.5 or 0.9.18.6

I could be wrong but after LOS is better to flash the official firmware.

i am using the Flashtool V 0.9.19.0 by androxyde.
At the moment it runs with cm12.1 (Android 5.1.1 Custom Rom)
when i want to relock my phone and flash a stock, it says that all things are done (without errors)
i tried different methods
First Try:
Start Flashtool:
BLU -> Plug the Phone -> Choose the Phone (C6603) -> it shows me my IMEI & unlock Code -> Press Relock
after that
Thunder -> Flashmode -> C6603_10.6.A.0.454_Customized_DE.ftf
Second Try:
Open Flashtool:
Thunder -> Flashmode -> C6603_10.6.A.0.454_Customized_DE.ftf
after that
Flashtool -> BLU -> Relock
Here i'll get an error (i didn't start a new instance of flashtool):

Use the easy root tool to restore your DRM keys and try it is should work. If not I suggest you re install flashtool and the ftf

I had the same problem as you last night. I think maybe need to flash to 4.4 first and then upgrade from OTA to 5?

I figured it out and flash ftf using flashtool.
First, use 0.9.18.6, instead of 0.9.19...
Second, install drivers inside flashtool folder, tick xperia z related drivers...
Then you are almost good to go...

no need to relock bootloader, I have an unlocked bootloader and directly flash stock 5.0.2 ftf back with FlashTool 0.9.18.6.
Do remember to install drivers.

I have a X8 E15a (11W52) that has pattern lock. Since this device doesn't have a recovery mode and the usb debugging isn't enabled I haven't be able to remove the patter lock.
So I decided to flash it. Sony PC Companion says that there's no updates available and I get an error with Flashtool.

What can I do?
make sure you install all necessary driver for flashtool and try to reflash again (If the first time fails)

Is there are fix?My phone is turing red LED shows sony logo and shuts off.No idea why.Bootloader was unlocked so i locked it thinking that the pc companion would pick up but no luck.Any Fix let me know Quickly thanks.

i just try it to download the file you recomended ,and it worked but i have another problem after i flash the stock rom and restart it it just blackscreen after the logo sony and xperia
Did i miss some steps or something

you need to flash stock kitkat 1st..and then let it boot to home screen,after that you can flash stock lollipop..sorry for not mention it earlier..
Can somebody please post a working link for build 222 (android 5.1.1) Indian genric I extremely need the firmware for my bricked c6602
i currently have linageos on my sony xperia z but i want to go back to the stock firmware but i cant everytime i try to flash the ftf it gives an error and stops
