after installing it throw recovery xposed still not active
Which exact file did you flash and which APK did you install?
The stable Xposed version does not work on Lollipop, you have to use the alpha/beta version specifically for the new OS.

Is Suhide compatible with Sultanxdas Cyanogenmod 13 ROM? The Tugapower 4.0 ROM supports Suhide, but I need Android Marshmallow for Xposed.

I have seen some ROM creators that added Xposed support but does stock ROM support Xposed?
I'm using stock ROM right now because other custom 'stock' ROM contains mods and bloatwares that I don't like.
