There is no tots pst zvb buddy ure out of luck. That why i have many guides that say do not downgrade. Basicly u have a paper weight. Or claim in on ure insurance or pay lg to fix it.

yea it sucks.
no downgrade no tots no nothing for this device.
might try looking at the hard brick fix cant confirm it works but at this point nothing to lose

Scenario: for some reason the etc/gps.conf and lib/HW/gpsp.default.so files got corrupted..
i am on a boot loop on att screen..
i have tryied to reinstall the OTA NC2 by stock recovery and errors saying does to files have been modified..
Bootloader: NC2
Modem: NC2
Kernel: NC2
system: OTA ATT NC2

Look online. But im pretty sure the only solution is octplusbox or jtag. G2 and g3 were fixable but im pretty sure g4 isnt as of yet. Unless u got insurance on it througbt sprint. Might be able to pull off its a bootlooped one

I didn't found anything online for G4 but I have seen alot of peoples committing that they made it but not sharing how.

Yea it scares me. I had g2 and g3 and i love testing mods. Im very fluent in both methods for them. Now what i have come up with is u can get the bebrick image that restores the partitions. but the msm board flasher is not compatible with g4s qualcom chip. Now if someone wrote a new board flasher it should work just fine. Like i said ive seen the debrick images in a few places i may even have one backed up somewhere. But the windows based software end hasnt caught up

Does this means without box its not possible to recover it currently. I have only USB cable to recover it currently.
Is octoplus box is something that can do the job ?

I have went through that post and it says the about the hafd brick and has give. A user contact to resolve it. I have messaged him lets see if he replies or not.

I have decided to buy octopus box should I go for it (costing around 100$ with lg activation in my area)?

Yes it has support for ls991.
Now there are two kind of boxes one with JTAG and other without JTAG. Seller is saying non-jtag will work but on YouTube video Medusa box fixed ls991 with JTAG.
So I am very confused now.

I'm not pretty sure of that file, I think it's fake. But I found this post in a forum from russian that it seem could work for unbrick this phone, use google translate and try to get the instructions. Good luck!

thats the million dollar question youcan use the old lgfirmware extractor to make a debrick image i think
there was one floating around somewhere a time back havnt seen it in a while but
in my therory that should be all we need is boarddiag compatible with the g4

ok sir but as i extract with this old extractor it give me many system partition so if i merge them all got 4.5 GB system file its not work for me for unbrick G4 ......as i saw unbrick img for lg g4 H811 there is only 350MB systemsingal.img ..............so help me if u can extract a img for ls991 ZVB for me thanks [email protected] mail me sir thanks

So we need to look at other debrick images for g4 and find out exactly which partitions are in it. Then extract ure g4 firmeware. And delete all the extra partitions. U should end up with the same as the other g4s. Ofcoarse for a debrick u basicly need the main partitions were only trying to restore basicly the bootloader and downloadmode and such dont worry about system and datas. Lg flash can do that when were there.
Here sometime today ill look nd try to get all the prtitions you need and maybe uplod em to drive or somethin. You said u got zvb rite?

Its 8 am here i leave for work in a hour. I work til 2 pm. Im going to download it now and if i got time ill start firmward ectractor. Once done ill repack all in a new image file or whatever the other debricks are in....

Unfort i dont think the core diable works on ure firware. Which 6.0 firm are u on.? a b c d or e

No. No downgrade. But keep in mind lg extended their waranty on the g4s to 24 months. They waranty most of them
