I think more people might have the problem that the display of the android units are reflective. Does anyone know if there is a foil that you could stick on this to reduce reflections on the screen??
I found something on eBay for some kind of tablet but I'm not sure if that is the solution

First off, I know it's kind of a weird question
I'm looking for a dock that will clamp onto the headboard of my bed.
I often watch something before going to bed, and holding my GNote for 30+minutes is just agonizing.
I have also thought about a suction dock, but with a longer arm and the not sooo lite note i guess that won't work..
Anyone know of a dock that could accomplish this ?
Stand

Hi there,
You might want to try a spider stand. Look it up on google.
Its funny coz I have used this stand to hang my note on the side of my bed. Hope it helps!
Regards,
Rajat
that's already somewhere in the right direction, but i'd be looking more for a kind of spider arm like they gave for ipad .. but then for galaxy note offcourse ..

Thats also in the right direction but the arm would need to be at least a foot long .. preferably longer ...

Hi,
I'm looking for a case like this one for the Galaxy s3
http://www.amazon.co.uk/dp/B00B03OY...ve=22118&creativeASIN=B00B03OYVM&linkCode=asn
Do you know where I can find it for our Note2?
thank you, Danilo
How about this Arkon setup: http://www.arkon.com/Slim-Grip Ultra/slimgrip-ultra-strap-mount.html
I wouldn't trust slim-grip by itself, but it comes with a safety strap which should hold it secure.
R: Motorbike Case
Mhhh... I do not like and then goes to cover the screen that I would use as a navigator
Thankx

I've already one and it works very bad screen reflects a lot in the sun even if you keep it tight
I would suggest spending some to look at ram mount. Probably for an otter box case. Do some homework and if anyone runs across anything a link will be posted here.
Would live to see plenty of alternative options. This thread almost appears to be a shopping request. So I would suggest posts with a link. If anyone has ACTUAL feedback then fire away. Cheers
How about this bad boy...

this is what I built 2 days ago with what I had at home, does not convince me very much because it does not protect the screen.
Then I ordered this should go much better

I hope to receive it soon
This product should work. With no case the Note 2 measures 5.95" long, 3.17" wide and less than 0.37" deep. With my case on it's 6.25" long, 3.375" wide and 1/2" deep. You have to buy the box, the handlebar mount and arm. Luckily I just have to by the box.

Has anyone found a car holder that works like the dock? That is, charges via the pogo pins and does away with the need for messing with the USB port?
Sony seems to have given up on car accessories of late.

I have the Brodit one and I really like it, worth the price in my opinion. It's hardly larger than the device itself, and it allows you to swivel it in any orientation you like.

I agree. I use it myself and it's great.

I use the official dock bolted to a universal screen mount. The dock rests on the dash so it doesn't wobble and if I make a manoeuvre strong enough to dislodge it then I'm probably looking at a big insurance claim anyway :silly:
Hi,
I got the Z1 and love the phone(some bad reception on it, but meh ), however I've gotten a few problems.
Firstly, I bought a wallet casing for it, but it doesnt fit into the docking with this on ( and the big 'frame' placed in ), so I have to take this case off all the time.
The second problem was that when I bought display films instead, I bought the Copter fullbody ( front and back ), with theese on the phone got too thick to fit into the non-casing dock and way to thin to fit into the casing one.
This is really annoying, so does anyone have an alternative?
Like an docking station that has customizeable width on it ?
One simple option is to just get the magnetic charge cable by itself.

It works, it just isn't a very strong magnetic connection that holds the cable in place.
What's about this? I think it's better acting as a safe removal

The nokia 7+ is a big phone at 158.38 x 75.64 x 7.99mm.
This is my biggest worry with this phone. It seems quite tall in particular.
Could owners give me their thoughts on its size.
Can the phone still fit in a your pocket ?
I don't have the device yet but my sleeve arrived already.
It will fit in a trouser back pocket but due to the length of the device it will peep out of it quite a bit.
So I wouldn't keep it in my pocket if I'm doing anything else than standing/walking.
It doesn't feel as big as it is and fits perfectly in my pocket.

Basically it is just as big as an Galaxy S8+
