At first I want say thanks to XSP developers to support our device
I want ask you if possible create MIUI ROM based LP or MM. I know we have miui based on KitKat but that have some problems. MIUI is very good and smooth ROM but we haven't that

The main problem is that the sources of miui are not updated for newer android versions. They are only for KitKat. So afaik the oy solution is porting the ROM manually from other ROM of a device with similar spces that the xperia sp. But as I said above, I think the only devices that have lp or mm miui are the xiaomi phones.

Nexus 5 is officially supported by xiaomi. That's why it has miui with marshmallow.

ts not possible unless lenovo releases an official volte update or some experiences devs should compile a rom from SC with volte support.

Mt6752 has 4g support but it doesnt have all bands. Volte works on seperate band. Its band 5. Its hardware that do not support.

You can check if your manufacturer provide OTA update in settings then system update.
If not then you can go for custom roms like CyanogenMod or others.
Go to below link and download rom you want.
CyanogenMod 14 also available for your android which based on android Nougat.

Oh dude, if you want to enjoy a newer version of android in oppo devices, then just buy a newer oppo phone. Stop doing thing imposible like petition or whatever. Trust me, they won't.

We ported lolipop/marshmallow roms and now are stuck and bored we want new android versions , is there any way to cross port rom i.e. from snapdragon 616/210/400/425 to snapdragon 410 ?

No idea. It is very difficult, or most likely impossible to crossport the rom from another chipset especially for device that has no sourcce code. I will add redmi 2 to your list (snapdrgon 410), same chipset with oppo, but it can even gets stable android 10 (Lineageos 17.1). But no one developer in xda to port it to oppo a37, cause the source.

Almost impossible, unless Project Mainline comes out and support every version of Android with cross platform support, it is not possible. (From my 4 years of experience.)
