I've been working on this for a while and I haven't found anything that puts back into the spot where I was before I created a backup. My backup was dead on arrival as my sd card died with my backup.
I've installed a few other peoples backups and I always seem to soome crap files with SIM service or Bluetooth or WIFI.
Its been 12 days now and I haven't found anything near to the original files that I had my Vivio Blue.
I've looked high and low and I still can't figure out what to restore to something similar to the stock firmware and rom.
I need Help in the worst way to get this phone back up and running correctly.
Currently my phone boots to the black "ANDORID" then it reboots.
HELP!

If you want to re-flash back to the stock 1.0.1 firmware, you can find very helpful information (and the firmware images) here:
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=914690
Or you can install CyanogenMod on the SD card and just run that, bypassing the Nook software altogether.
It's also possible you have a 2011 model, so doing the wipe, unregister, restore to factory methods will just set you back to 2.1 as that comes stock on the 2011 models. In that case you will have to use your cwm sd card to flash an earlier rom in order to get back to one. Use the link skunkeye provided, it's not difficult.
This may or may not fix whatever's wrong w/ the wifi. Could be dead hardware. The seller you bought from represented it as working w/ no problems?
. I flashed the KZ file with lg update software as explained in the XDA thread but I could not get the process to work right. My phone kept disconnecting at 28% and it would not turn on no matter what I did. It would only make a short vibrate as if it was turning on, and the computer would notice it but only for a short time. And never once did a light on the screen, or LG logo, or anything at all ever appear.
I figured I had really screwed it up, but when I plugged it into the wall it booted up perfectly. All my data was in tact and the rom i had flashed through cwm was still there, not the kdz file that I flashed with the lg software.. I noticed that my sim card did not come up as being in the phone at all. I looked in system setting status and noticed that all info related to my imei said unknown. I opened up the mfg app (277634#*# from the phone app).. Under "version info" then "factory version" my phone now says xmm6260.. It always used to say p925..etc... Even after flashing the zip to debrand from at&t this never changed from p925 even when every other aspect of my phone has.. I was hoping maybe once I put in an activated sim card everything would be fine and my phone would be unlocked which is why i flashed through lg software.. But seeing as how other people are having this similar issue and their phones not seeing the sim card, well im looking for some advice.. Should I try and re flash kdz file through lg software again? if i do, im going to do it on my XP computer this time, not Windows 7..
Just wanted to add that I did try wiping data and cache from cm and no dice.. Root and CMW work fine but no matter what I do, if my phone is turned off, i cannot boot up or boot to cwm or boot at all unless i plug the phone into a wall carger and then once its on it stays on and i can unlug.. SORRY ABOUT THE LONG POST, THANKS IN ADVANCE FOR ANY HELP..
I would reflash CWR first and foremost, then try to flash back to stock.
No IMEI/GSM Radio
Hi, were you able to fix your problem? If so, could you please give me a hand, I have same problem.
Im attaching a couple of screen shots, one where you can see that IMEI is not shown and other is where you see the phone number thats on the SIM but has a sign like if no SIM were inserted.
Using the KDZ detects the IMEI, but after flashing it doesnt show up on phone.
Thanks
Took my phone to a cellphone shop and they fixed it. Everything is back to stock and working normal.
Hi ive got the same problem, did you fix it?
Yes, my phone is working perfect at stock. Im going to wait for GB ir ICS with a working 850MHz baseband.
Hi and for anyone who helps my idiot self out I appreciate it ten fold.I've a Galaxy i9000 and on installing ICS 4.2 via ROM Manager at some point a lack of attention resulted in me selecting Wipe or Partition internal SD Card. Couldnt get the battery out quick enough to stop it.
I've restarted the handset and with both an ICS rom and MIUI Rom (Original one before this morning in a last ditch attempt too get a backup) and can use WiFi and music etc all fine. I cannot for life of me get any signal. It recognises I should have O2-UK but that's as far as I get.
Any help is hugely appreciated but bare in mind as the above shows I am not the smartest with all this. I've been theme creating and switching between ROM's fine for a good while but that has me totally screwed
I have internet connection on my phone without wifi but still get the error message that it cannot connect with o2 networks?
Hey
i think i have a bigger problem.
I had ICS Stunner 4.2 installed on my Note 7000. Sometime last night , the phone went off, and came back without recognising my SIM card anymore.
After ton's of reading , i reflashed stock gingerbread, and rooted the phone.
Still not working... So i kept on reading and thought ok, EFS problem. Lucky me, i have a few backups of my EFS (backupefs.tar.gz, efsdev-mmcblk0p1.img.gz and efs.autobackup.img)
however i did not manage to get my imei and my unknown baseband back up. I tried to restore the EFS 's i had and copied back to /efs
since nothing was working , i wanted to try EFS pro. But now, the Phone isn't even connecting to the PC anymore except in Mass Storage mode.
Is there anyone who can help me fix this ?
Thanks a lot , really appreciate any help....
Cheers

Have an S3 mini and put Cyanogenmod 11-20130118 on it with TWRP without issue and it died after a few months, it's now back and I did not test everything was ok before putting all back on.
I'm getting no sim, sim works in another phone without issue.
Does this sound like a hardware issue? I know I should have made a backup of the stock rom but I didn't, I've tried the usual places recommended on here for downloads and not had much luck. Is anyone able to help? Would like to send it back for repair.... again
Thanks for your help
