Help: I forget one step in flashing and my Diamond is dead!!

Hi Guys I need your help: I made a flash using mtty but I forget to rename the rom I downloaded in DIAMIMG.nbh and I copied it in the internal storage with the original name. I have made all steps after and I erased the Diamond's memory with the command "task 8". How can I resolve this problem? Is there a possibility to wiew into my device to rename the .nbh file? At the moment my device is dead, it hasn't the red writings on the right bottom and no other roms is installed now please help me!!

Adesso mi trovo il Diamond completamente vuoto che non riesce a caricare l'immagine perchè il nome del file è sbagliato. C'è un modo per poterlo rinominare da pc? Mi basterebbe che l pc vedesse la memoria interna...mi sa che non c'è soluzione e lo devo buttare!!!

if you have formatted your device you will need to flash a new rom from bootloader
1) put your fone in bootloader
2) connect usb cable (make sure usb is ticked in wmdc/active sync)
3) when it says usb at the bottom of the screen in bootloader you can use a ruu to flash a new rom

I need to update it with some nice rom ... I downloaded the PhoenixEX 1.2
but when I'm about to flash freezes at 0% and gives me the 'error 262.

You should install harspl or Uspl to use custom roms
Per installare rom non originali devi installare l hard spl 1.56 o l' uspl il primo è definitivo l altro lo devi installare ogni volta che vuoi cambiare Rom e vedrai che ti capiterà spesso quindi ti consiglierei l hardspl. Vai qui http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=505377 e prendi l allegato: HSPLWrapper_Blackstone_156OliNex.zip lo installi e poi potrai cambiare Rom, non preoccuparti se la tua avrà colori strani è normale perche è vecchia come aggiorni torna tutto ok

I can not even install this fix. Hangs at 0% and error 262. Starting the phone mode with the screen in 3 colors.
Non riesco a installare nemmeno questa fix. si blocca allo 0% e da errore 262. Avvio il telefono nella modalità con lo schermo a 3 colori.

prendi dallo stesso thred di sopra RUU_Signed_Blackstone_stockSPL154, la modalità 3 colori è il boot mode ed è normale che si entri in quella modalità alla quale segue una barra che ti da l avanzamento dell installazione, se non dovesse andare vai al sito htc e installati l'ultima rom ufficiale poi riprova. Non scordare MAI che il cellulare se parte l aggiornamento non deve essere staccato per NESSUN motivo mentre è in corso o si bloccherà irrimediabilmente, motivo per cui se ce maltempo dovresti usare un portatile per evitare per ovviare a eventuali blackout. Quando installi per la prima volta nel pc quando entra in boot mode vengono installati dei driver (nel pc) e il processo si blocca lo devi solo ravviare e parte dato che trova subito i driver

Hi, just to understand, I may have lost a bit of the history as my Italian is not good
You want to install an official HTC Rom, but it is one that is not meant for your device? You will most probably not be able to download the rom from HTC because they release these for specific devices and you are obviously not one of the chosen few .
No problem though, you can find a number of stock HTC Shipped Roms here
As you have a 1.13 spl you will need to update this unless you go for an older version rom that still uses spl 1.13. The best advice is to read this thread (well at least the first page or so) and update your spl using either uspl or hspl, which will enable you to flash to any 1.56+ based rom you want ie stock or cooked.

ERROR [294] : INVALID VENDOR ID
Every device contains a short string that identifies the operator who sold it. Because the same device is sold by different operators, this prevents users from flashing a T-Mobile ROM to a device that was sold by Orange, for example. You probably need to Install a HardSPL or CID Unlock your device.
Follow this guide and use either USPL or HSPL before flashing rom

X1 Bloccato!

Ragazzi... diciamo che sono disperato! Cmq vi spiego il problema! Scusate se scrivo in italiano ma non saprei come spiegarvi il problema in inglese.
Avevo sul mio sony ericsson x1 una rom cucinata la 7.0 di c1p8. Avevo problemi con il gps interno del mio cellulare e così o ripristinato il tutto utilizzando x1_hardspl e l'ultimo aggiornamento ufficiale SE...
Fatto questo è andato tutto bene e tutto era funzonante compreso il gps! Il problema è arrivato quando sono andato a verificare con il service update della sonyericsson, lì mi sono reso conto che l'spl non poteva essere riconosciuto come "originale".
Così ho scaricato il ruusigned, ufficiale x1, l'ho copiato sulla scheda sd ed ho avviato in bootloader, la prima istallazione è andata con successo, poi il cellulare si è riavviato ed ora è fisso sulla schermata "loading"
Se spengo il cellulare e lo riaccendo entra automaticamente in boot e se la scheda sd è inserita torna nella schermata loading bloccandosi lì!
Ho provato a togliere la scheda e ad avviare hardspl tramite usb ma quando tenta di installare si blocca e mi esce una schermata di errore che mi invita a fare un recovery. Ho provato a fare anche un hard reset... ma nulla da fare!

I have a problem with my X1! I have restored the rom with the following files:
x1_hardspl.exe
XPERIA X1 Generic Italy R3AA007 Software Update
All it worked!!!
Next I have replaced spl with the original (ruusigned_072stockspl)!
After the X1 has been restart on bootloader and it jams on the loading.
I've tired to hard soft but without result.
I've tired to reinstall hardspl to usb but no effect. My X1, with sd card inserted, is blocked always on loading page.
Help Me please!!!

Connect your phone to your pc(it can connect when in bootloader) and start SEUS and let it search for an updated ROM.
SEUS will update your SPL from 0.72.0000 to 0.78.0000.
After that it will give an option to reflash with latest ROM.

b)aprite il menu dello sviluppatore e ativatelo,poi ativate anche debug usb e posizioni fitizie nello stesso menu dello sviluppatore.
c)uscite dal menu .

E)Ripristino firmware-Passo2​sicuramente,dopo il riavvio ,il dispostivo avra il nome di Balong.
Per risolvere il problema,esseguite il passo 2.
1.scompatate il file ballong fix.rar.
verra fuori un file UPDATE:APP
2.Nella root della sd card create una cartella con il nome ''dload''. senza virgolette.
3.copiate questo file nella cartella dload.
4.Andate in impostazioni-updater-menu-clickate su aggiornamento locale poi sul APDATE:APP.
Il dispositivo installera questo update in cca 2 minuti e si riavviera dopo aver configurato tutto ,dopo 5 minuti.

Questa guida abbilita anche il dual sim mode.​

ADB cannot detect phone on fastboot no matter what i do

I have a redmi note 9 and I've been trying to unlock the bootloader through either adb or the mi tool and it won't work because fastboot is not detected.
I've tried to install every driver i tried a lot of troubleshooting, but it does not work I cannot flash anything.
If you have got any sugestion I would be glad know.

you should go into 'device manager' (gestione dispositivi), and right-button with mouse over the Android-yellow-triangle-icon, then property, there you will see a line that looks like \VID_0BB4&PID_0C01 , well, this is the exact device id, I guess if you own a redmi note 9 it will be a mediatek and should looks like that, then you must search for the exact driver that has included your id-device, I think you can find something here https://xiaomitools.com/all-mtk-usb-drivers-all-versions-2/ but I suggest you to download some files and then looking inside for the file 'android_winusb.inf', open it with notepad and search in the lines if your id-device is included, then, you are good to go, go to android-yellow-triangle-icon and give update driver, go manually and give the file 'android_winusb.inf', then the icon should change and named adb-interface or bootloader-interface.
Try to give command adb devices and then you will get a pop-up in the cell-phone, accept, then give back the adb devices and the result should be 123455667xxxxxx device, if device is the result you can now use adb or fastboot mode

installa adb e fastboot, riavvia, attacca il cell (acceso) al pc, vai su gestione dispositivi, in alto trovi l'icona con scritta android e triangolo giallo, vai sopra e tasto dx, proprieta' driver, non ricordo se al penultimo o ultimo tab sui dettagli del driver dovresti trovare la dicitura \VID_0BB4&PID_0C01\ o simile, quello e' l'ID del cellulare (vendor ID e product code ID) che al momento windows riconosce attaccato al sistema, ora questo codice deve essere presente all'interno del driver adb fastboot che vuoi che sia installato nel pc, il problema di adb e fastboot e' che non esiste un driver generico che funziona su tutti i dispositivi, ma ne esistono decine e decine in base al modello e alla casa produttrice del cellulare, quindi, compito tuo e' trovare quello che e' compatibile con il tuo cellulare, questo succede ovviamente in windows, mentre in linux queste caxxxate non esistono e quando installi adb e fastboot qualunque dispositivo vai ad installare funziona indipendentemente.
Vai a vedere se \VID_0BB4&PID_0C01\ corrisponde anche al tuo, se ok, te lo invio io il file driver di adb fastboot
